Except one thing no secure place to keep your stuff, no locker

The shower was warm and strong, the location was excellent. The sheets were lovely white and clean .

Could have been cleaner and needs a little more love, as it's such a great space, it could easily improved upon.

We liked the attic space with a kitchen area, sitting out area and a private off suite bathroom.

Wasn't as clean as it could be a d needs a little TLC as it's looking tired in places.

Cheap, good location, clean, very nice room, well equipped kitchen, space for computer work.

Bad communication, basically no info from staff.. floors and doors and cleaning crew are very noisy. No lock on door in the private bathroom. Shower had mostly cold water.

Decoration, cleanliness of the room and just overall amenities in the kitchen. It looked great and the sheets were clean and comfortable. Great windows to isolate sound and temperature

Nuno, "the manager". We tried to talk to him all of Friday, and when we finally got to him we were told we could rent the room next door to put my mother in law sleeping in her own room for 30€. Money in hand extended and instead of doing it there he told us to come to him in the next morning. We woke up, we went downstairs and there was no one. Obviously we had a busy schedule so we left at around lunch. When we later got back with my mother in law and managed to finally find Nuno he told us that he would "not call his boss away from his family dinner" so that we could rent an extra room. And that it was our fault that we now only had one room because we didn't talk to him earlier. I'm assuming he expected us to stay within 15m of the hostel at all times and keep checking in regularly to accommodate his busy schedule. Also what kind of manager has to call his boss to give us the key from behind the desk and take our 30 euros? Ridiculous. One more thing: THE SHOWERS HAVE HOT WATER FOR ALL OF 30 SECONDS AT A TIME.

Middle in the center on a beautiful little square and they have a fabelous delicious restaurant where we ate. Room itself perfect. (check the electricity points). Good wifi, good bed.

The bathrooms had huge water leakkage damage and floor and walls not clean, full with mold spots. Very unhealthy. I was there 3x before, always good but now I was really shocked. Be sure that the hostel and suites part are correct with health matter care on the bathrooms. It's so sad while the restaurant was sooo fantastic.

I did not like a single thing for this hotel. Totally waste of money.

Everything. I waited 30 minutes in the "so called" reception. Then i went to the room, the bed comfort was a shit. When you take a shower, from bottom the bathroom, the drain water are getting out. Such a discusting experience.

Had a great double room on top floor. Very nice space. Plenty of room. Good kitchen area

Bathrooms could do with a good cleaning. Was given a key for bathroom supposed to be private to go with my room.. it was unlocked and used. Very noisy in the room until whatever machine was turned off at 23:00. Was ok then but should have been told what was going on!

Very good location, right in the center of Setubal. Good decoration and good sound isolation. The bed is really comfortable

The private bathroom is out of the room in a corridor near the other shared rooms. Very small shower room, can’t even dress up after a shower since there isn’t a counter top or something to place the cloths.

the Toilettes and Kirchen were never clean. I slept in a connecting room.- the guests from the other room had to walk through our room every time. Thestaff was very brazen about the female guests. I was asked if I would like to go on a date at the beach with the receptionist. Which is obviously very inappropriate and has put me, as a woman, in a totally uncomfortable and restricting situation. I booked another hotel for the last night because the staff made me feel so uncomfortable
