Pool area. Security of apartment.

2 or 3 sentences not enough! Apartment dated. 2 out of 3 showers only trickled water. Bbq too dirty to use. Socket/cable hanging off wall in bedroom. Loose cables on ceiling of utility room. Not enough cutlery for 6 people. Twin bedroom only suitable for children. Access to 2 patios only through a bedroom, the other patio totally enclosed with glass so too hot to sit there during day. Plastic edging of patio table frayed and broken, also dead plants in pots on patio. Not enough wardrobe space in main upstairs bedroom. We expect this apartment is for private use during the winter and just rented out during the summer months. The apartment needs a complete make over, it was like being back in the 70s. It wasn't somewhere we wanted to spend much time in.

The apartment in itself is spacious and has most basic facilities anyone would need - quite shabby compared to the pictures. The pool area is really lovely - manned by a life guard for the kids, very clean and beautiful landscaped gardens. It is a good size pool so plenty of space. Definitely the best aspect of the apartment. We were very disappointed by the location- it is very quiet which is a plus but to get to the beach it's a good 5-10 min walk and not the easiest route. To get to the main port area where the restaurants are its a good 15 minute walk along the board walk. It wasn't too bad during the day (though not much shade so very hot) but walking back at night it was pitch black and we had to use our phone torches! No shops nearby at all so had to get taxis to get supplies. The check in host was not good and gave us a faulty key and then very unreliable about bringing the correct one so we had a lot of waiting around which was very annoying. All in all I wouldn't stay again.

Great apartment well stocked with the things you do not want to shop for on holiday or cleaning stuff and toilet stuff. Agent - Diego was very helpful, thanks. Great location.

Just one small point la k of sun beds for a 4 bedroom apartment. All the rest good.
