Great location, good sized apartment

A little dated, a few issues with heating but the host was more than happy to help 😁

The location was great, only about 5 minutes to waterfront. Host Laura had clear instructions on how to access the apartment and the communication throughout our stay most helpful. The apartment has a spacious living area, and we'll presented with a kitchenette and good lighting. The bathroom is a little dated, but serves the purpose. We enjoyed our stay here and would return due to the proximity to the waterfront as it is very pretty.

The only thing to be aware of is that this apartment is on the fourth floor, so if you don't do stairs or have heavy luggage, this is probably not a place for you. We needed a second night bit had to move on.

Our apartment was located on the 4th floor which gave us the most amazing mountain view from the window. The place is nicely furnished and has everything needed to stay in Lecco even for a week. The location is perfect- 5 mins' walk from the Como Lake and 11 mins' walk from the train station. The host Laura was wonderfully caring and very very nice. I highly recommend this place!

Apartment is on the 4th floor and of course that's Italy absthere's no elevator, you better leave your luggage in the car.

The stay was an excellent one. The property is located at heart of Lecco, just 10 minutes walking from Lecco railway station. Thr lake is also around 3-5 walking distance from the property. There is also a direct bus (Bus No 10) to Bellagio and to Funicular Piani D'Erna (Bus No 5) just near to the property. The house was very cleaned and comfortable. The floor is bit cold during the night if bare feet as it is made of tiles but that was not an issue for us. The room had all modern facilities and good Wi-Fi network. The instructions for check-in was very smooth and easy to understand. The owner was responsive everytime I had a query. He also helped us printing boarding passes for our flight.

Few times we had difficulty setting the room temperature but that's because we took some time to understand it. Its not a complaint.

Good location, nice view from windows you can see mountains. Host is friendly, easy to reach, explained everything very well. A lot of space as for 2 people and good price. Sound proof was good compared to other stays we had in Italy, no noise from street just poor from inside, you can hear people in corridor, climbing stairs and so on.

It was cold in the room, a little dusty and not super clean but acceptable. What we didn't liked most was shower, a lot of mold shower head was very moldy too. Apart from that good choice.

Great location in quiet courtyard. Spacious apartment with all we needed. Laura lovely to deal with - very efficient and helpful. Nice cafe bar on corner for breakfast. Bike hire nearby. Very close to lake.

Beautiful bright and clean apartment with well equipped kitchen and bathroom, super aircon and great location. Wonderful host Laura answered all our questions and helped with very early transfer to Bergamo airport. Definitely recommend this accomodation.

We especially liked the appartement's location and how comfy the bed was. The bathroom was also really nice. The AC was definitely a plus too! Overall a really nice experience! (we also liked that we could recycle our garbage and stuff!)

There weren't a lot of knifes and such. Also, we couldn't use both pots at the same time on the stove, so that was a little bit annoying. But it was fine for just a short stay!

Laura is a great host. She is very helpful. Hassle-free and convenient check-in via a key box. Everything you need in the room. Cleanliness okay. I will not pick on;)

The hostess was nice, answered all the questions and did it quickly. Retrieving the keys was also easy. Definitely recommend this place to those planning to visit Lake Como, an apartment is in a strategically convenient location.

Very clean self catering studio apartment, centrally located a few minutes from the lake and town centre, circa 10 min walk from train station. Well equipped with cooking utensils/facilities, air con and great shower. Very clear instructions on entering the property. Perfect for our 3 day stay. Note the property is on the 4th floor so walk off that big meal before heading back for the evening 😂

Quick response and very friendly home owner. Place was very clean. Nice shower.

Bidet is missing but shower is a good substitute. Apartment was on the fourth floor without elevator which has pros and cons.

It was quiet. There was a working stove.

Bad location. Check-in process was terrible. No breakfast. Small room. Chairs were not comfortable.

Top location, lovely place

Location, very clean, the host was very friendly, easy access, everything you need. Everything worked, and you are 10 min walk away from the station and the centre of town.

The pillows are large, but quite hard. If you like a soft pillow, bring your own.
