The breakfast was ok. Not to much to choose from.
My Ac was broken, I had a newborn and it was 75 degrees in the room very hoot and uncomfortable.

The cleanliness, and the safe feeling atmosphere and environment. I loved the room it was very nice.
I don’t like that check in is so late. A lot of my trips require overnight travel (driving) and I need to be able to check in, during the early morning hours once I’ve driven 13 hours instead I have to wait until 4 to check in.

The young black woman on swing shift was very nice and accommodating. The overnight manager, needs to find another job because clearly he's not too happy.
The overnight staff manager he needs customer service training. We had to call and ask for housekeeping. We also had to ask for new sets of towels and then go down to the front desk to pick them up ourselves.

Location
I was given a room where maintenance was working on the toilet. I was told they didn’t know how long it would take and If we needed to use the restroom we could use the one in the lobby. I said nah we not doing that so I was given another room which should have been option 1.

Nothing GM never updated their system for my reservation via Booking.com so they charge me 241.00 as a no show because of negligence from the hotels end.

The size of the room for it being a hotel was adequate. They were understanding when it came to the confusion of the checkout time.
I was inconvenienced by getting an "upgraded room" which was not an upgrade. The cook at the hotel we had to go to for the 1 night our rooms air-conditioning was out was the only nice staff. The maids were rude and my boyfriend and daughter were treated very unfriendly by the staff. We were also overcharged for the inconvenience placed on us. I would never recommend this overpriced hotel to anyone. Airbnb is much bigger and has better space for a better price. The room was in shambles upon our arrival. The board for the sink was off and just leaned against the pipes to the sink. The trashcan holder was dirty. And the light near the window flickered real bad when turned on

We had no housekeeping the entire first week of stay. The sofa smells. Front desk person unfriendly at check in and on another occasion Mattress pad used as top part of bedding
