The place was tastefully decorated

Could have been a little better if there was netting at the balcony to prevent birds at the balcony. there were bird droppings on the balcony but didn’t affect our stay.

The Apartment replied to all of our questions (through the chatting facility of Booking.com) before our arrival and the everything is exactly as we imagined.

There are still mosquitoes in the rooms.

The flat and facilities in this property were fantastic. We can’t recommend it enough. The check in was smooth too and the flat was so quiet, peaceful and comfortable.

We had a car so we didn’t mind that the flat wasn’t walking distance to the Hua Hin town centre.

The immediate impression of the apartment was very good. Smart, very clean and modern. There was a small issue with a faulty section of flooring that was seen to in less than 5 minutes from notifying the owner - brilliant response.

Perfect base for a family stay. Not too large, neither too small. Quiet and low rise dwelling space. Living space is good for family bonding, wifi speed acceptable. Security is good too. A 10 mins leisure walk brings you to Cicada & Tamarind market. Breakfast outlets, massage shops, family mart and self laundrette is 5 mins walking distance. We stayed in Dec, was a cooling month. Accommodation price is reasonable.

The owner is very helpful and kind. Apartment is in a great location close to Tamarind market. Security at the building was also very helpful.

The gym had a few machines that didn't work.

Was a great wee apartment to stop off for a couple of days.. was great catching up on washing!!

size of flat is ok for family but when we entered it smells' very bad (like it was not opened for years) we put on AC so that smell can be absorb but AC are also not effective , washroom are also very smelly, I opened door and windows but after waiting for 3-4 hour there is no difference, still same smell. So we decided to leave and we left that property same day after 4-5 hour , I lost money because booking amount is not refundable. I am sorry I am really disappointment , I don't want to give these type of reviews but smell is really bad, unbearable.
