Excellent location for a night before hopping on a ferry. Bathroom lighting could be more “subtle”. Overall, great value for the price. Communication throughout very good. Nice breakfast with fresh pastries.

Amazing room, very modern and clean. Well equipped with good A/C, which with this heat is perfect. It is perfectly located if you want to go to Aeolian Islands since the Milazzo port is at 50 m from the hotel. Friendly staff.

The online check-In allows access 24/7. The Hotel is located directly opposite the Ferry terminal and thus perfect for a layover. Nice lounge area on the upper floor

The apartment was clean and modern, with a large bathroom and balcony. We had excellent communication with the staff, and there was a nice rooftop terrace. They served a sweet breakfast every day. The location right by the port makes it a perfect spot for island hopping in the Aeolian Islands, and it's only a 10-minute walk to the beach. On the last day, we were allowed to check-out an hour later, which was very kind.

We stayed here one night, prior to a 3-night stay on the Aeolian Islands. It was a PERFECT choice. Super clean and modern room. Modern amenities and LED lighting. Towels, soaps, etc are all branded with their logo. It is much classier than the price might suggest. We were hoping for a place where we could park our rented car while we were gone to the islands. Upper-Boutique offered reasonably priced, on-site, secure, indoor parking! The garage door was coded for easy exiting when we returned. The Milazzo docks and ferry area is very crowded and hectic. Staying here was a great choice... a flat 200 yard walk to the ferry terminal, plenty of restaurants nearby. It just made everything so easy, and we knew our car and left-behind belongings would be 100% safe in the garage. The quiet rooms are in the upper floors of a 6 to 8 story building, with a nice view of the ferry terminal, harbor area and street activities below. I highly recommend.

I don’t book B&Bs, because the check in can often be problematic. I booked this property because it advertises itself to be a hotel. It is most definitely not a hotel. It is just a collection of rooms that you get access to via an electronics code. You must call the staff prior to gaining access to the building.
