Spotlessly clean , don’t think I’ve ever seen a hotel room so clean. Stunning views from the property . We ate in the restaurant our first night , real quality food cooked by the owner . The apple pie ( more like muffins ) is to die for . Excellent Wi-Fi all over the property .

Free private parking, very good breakfast, very clean bathroom, heating in the room, nice owner that tried to do it's best, great view from the property location to the lake, very good wifi, nice tiny garden

Our double room was small. Initially we have a problem with a mattress. It lacks a special cover. This problem was solved during 2 hours. There was a wedding in adjacent hotel. Very loud music disturbed us until approximetly 23:00. Our room was faced to the opposite side, but the music was so loud...The second night without any loud event was more comfortable.

Rooms were beautiful loved the decor lovely garden good parking. bus service to lake. Lino was great very friendly welcomed us even though we arrived early and restaurant was very busy but he got us drinks whilst we waited for room

We really enjoyed our stay at La Griglia. The room was comfortable, spacious, and clean. To top it all off the view from the balcony was beautiful as well as the surrounding grounds and the breakfast was delicious and substantial. While we managed to arrive with public transport it is probably best to stay here with a car. There is a lovely path down to Argegno but walking up could be quite strenuous! There is a local but infrequent bus that goes directly from Argegno to La Griglia (bus C21). To add to the above, the restaurant is excellent and I’d highly recommend trying the food and wine. La Griglia is a great stay and if I was to return to the area I’d definitely stay again.

Lovely garden to relax and dine in.The food and drinks are tremendous worthy of a Michelin⭐️ Staff were 1st class our French is terrible and they couldn't do enough for us .

No air con it was in the high 30,s when we stayed mind.

This was a beautiful large old home about one half mile on the mountain directly above the town of Argegno with a view of Lake Como from the little church across the street.There was in fact a staircase one could tale take to the town if you wanted. The house was decorated with colorful paint designs. The restaurant was quaint and the front yard was a comfortable area with tables and chairs to for relaxing.

There was really nothing that I did not like but I chose this place because I had a car and could access the area easily. it would not have worked for us otherwise.

This is a hidden gem. It is a very beautiful and peaceful place. Close to Como Lake without the noise from the road. We had a beautiful room with a balcony and view of the Como Lake. The staff is fantastic. We will be back :o)
