The staff were friendly and walked us to our villa, and ensured we had the best local info to enjoy our stay in the area.

There was dampness under the sink and due to this was given a electric shock from the hair dryer.

External door was extremely hard to get closed due to poor maintenance. Seemed quite old.

First when i check in they said i book 3 room under the same name. So only one person is allowed to live in all three rooms. So i was like what the f??? Then they said they will charge $60 person. I had 3 friends with me so i had to pay extra $120....Also No hot water for shower the first night, ask the staff they said nothing wrong with the water system. Then they said they can't do anything.

Wi fi access poor. Limited free time allowed and having to go outside the room to gain connection. This is 2022 not 2019. It should be freely available inside the room with no time limit.

Location is great, opposite the sea and you can watch sunset across the road. However, the room is dark, and the floor is extremely dirty and I can't walk on it bare foot.

location location location. loved the decks especially. very chilled place to come back to after a days exploring.

a bit dated & could do with some TLC to smarten the place up. But can’t complain after what Kalbarri has been through with cyclone Seroja. the presentation certainly didn’t effect our overall enjoyment.
