property is tired and in need of a revamp. the pictures shown on booking.com are extremely old compared to how the property looks now.

Swimming pool but noone used bcz water was cold

Seriously you should do something with this property ! We were looking for 5 beds but that sofa is a joke ! Others bed are not comfy as well, like other said without a car is so far away from beach and yes you had lots of ants around swimming pool. Plus you asking for taking rubbish from apartment but you not providing outside bin ? Looks like managment of the property dont care about building anymore.

The building looked good from the front

It was out of the way, we had no car, streets very dark, swimming pool and surrounding slabs dirty, toilet seat damaged ( photos available). We were travelling with our granddaughter who was very disappointed not to be able to use the pool.

Common areas and the swimming-pool were nice, especially given the weather. The kitchen was well equipped. Location was calm.

Furniture was old: living-room chairs were in bad state, outside tables and chairs were not comfortable. Our studio was small compared to the other 5 available (we stayed for roughly 1 month, and other studios were empty almost all the time we stayed there. We thought we would have been given a better deal) Our studio was the only one not appearing completely on the pictures shown in booking.com (it did not match our expectations) It was on top of a hill, and far from the beach ( around 15 minutes on our way down and 25 up by walk ). The description did not suggest a car was needed.

Spacious for 2 people, clean and tidy

Musty smell, needed airing , grounds scruffy and initial impression not so good
