Brightside was everything we needed and much more. The house was well furnished and had all that was needed for a comfortable stay. We especially liked the american fridge freezer for cool water and ice on those warm summer days!!

Lovely house, quiet and comfortable except for the beds. All the beds in the house were the same, a slab of unforgiving foam atop a wooden base, what a shame. The short walk to the village was just perfect and the garden was just right for sunny relaxation.

Can’t fault a thing. Everything about the property was perfect. Location is great. Will definitely be booking again.

Lovely house, plenty of space for 8 people although we were only a party of 4 due to Covid. We went out for lunches and evening meals as that was our choice, but the facilities at Bright Side for cooking are spot on, so well equipped. Comfortable beds and powerful showers, we all loved it and have booked again for later this year. Highly recommend.

Lovely weekend spent here. Everything from the booking process to the check out was made stress free. Accommodation was very spacious, we were a group of 7 adults and enough space to enjoy it. Great location, walking distance to shops and pubs. We hired a boat for the day wuich made our stay even better. Would reccomend this place to anyone.

The house is very well equipped and has lovely outside space. Located in a quiet residential area and next to the river with plenty of wildlife. Walking distance to restaurants, cafes and boat hire etc. Are group was two active couples in our 60s and enjoyed our stay in the area. The property may not be suitable for families with small children as it has the river at the bottom of the garden and is not fenced off.

We enjoyed every bit of this amazing house, it's so much better than the pictures. It has everything that you'd need to make your stay fun and relaxing. We lacked nothing at all as it is very well equipped with everything you'd need for a holiday rental. Paul was so great at communicating with me promptly at all times. All shops, restaurants and park are within walking distance. We'll definitely be coming back for a longer stay to enjoy the boat rides in the warm weather.

A beautiful property in a perfect location (although satnav got us a little lost finding it first time!). Very well equipped cottage and very quick and efficient communication with the owner to any questions we had both before we stayed and during. Would definitely look to stay at Brightside again. Ps the underfloor heating and ambient/automatic lighting were an added bonus :)

Great house. We rented in a cold spell, the house was lovely and warm. A light well equipped house and a short distance to the centre of Wroxham. Highly recommended

What can I say this house was a little gem! The accommodation was fantastic everything you needed. Hired a boat for the afternoon stopped at the pub. Great stay can definitely recommend the house and it’s great location.

A beautiful, very well equipped home. We spent 3 lovely days here, the house had everything we needed and was lovely and warm. It is very tastefully decorated with 3 beautiful bathrooms. It is in a lovely location, the garden backs onto the river, a quiet road, yet only a five minute walk from shops, takeaways, pubs and supermarket. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property. The owner was prompt with his communications throughout the booking process and provided clear instructions for entry to the property and information during our stay. A five star weekend was had by all.

Brightside is a lovely spacious house, finished to a high standard. Very comfortable and clean. Nice quiet location and only a short walk into town. We hired a boat for a couple of days which we were able to moor at the bottom of the garden. Made use of the rowing boat too, which is a nice little extra. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Hope to return in the future.

Stayed here June 2019, Brightside was spotlessly clean. It had everything you could wish for. Beautiful kitchen, with everything you need. Bedrooms have comfortable beds and plenty of wardrobe space. Outside nice garden with access to river for fishing, and for those that need it easily accessible Wifi. Short walk to shops restaurants etc. Peace and quiet at its best. Cannot praise this property highly enough.

This house has the lot. Masses of space . . Plenty for 8 people. It was spotlessly clean, everything you need in kitchen, huge fridge freezer with ice maker . . Perfect for those G & Ts to drink outside in garden. Watch the birds, the boats and shake off the stresses of work. We loved our stay and would definitely recommended Brightside.

The property is finished to a high standard and is wheelchair / disabled friendly. It is situated in a convenient location close to the amenities and tourist destinations. Our group was aged between 7 and 70 years old and it suited everyone’s needs. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay.

The Brightside is a lovely house and has all the attributes to have a 5 star rating it deserves! It is perfectly located and the house itself is what most people dream of with the beautiful garden to relax in by the river. We really enjoyed our stay and enjoyed a quite relaxing break. I have given the stay a 3 star rating based on the 3 reasons below, however I would highly recomend Brightside but feel these are things that should/need to be addressed to get it the rating the house deserves. When I first walked in the property there was a funny smell from the upstairs which leads you to a bad first impression. Im not sure what it was and as the stay went on you dont really notice it as much, however it was present at all times. Without wanting it to sound harsh, the beds was like sleeping on a stone and we found it extremely uncomfortable, which is a shame as the view from the bedroom was amazing to wake up to but feel this is an area that has been scrimped on. The only other slight complaint would be the lack of finishing touches, for example salt and pepper, tea and coffee supplied, for the money it is to rent I feel that this should be basics that are supplied for your stay or even just enough for you to make a coffee when you arrive

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Brightside despite the December weather. The house was immaculate and had everything you need. It was warm, light and cosy with a great log burner. Would highly recommend and would hope to stay there again.

Modern, Luxurious, spacious and beautiful house. brightside had everything we needed for a fantastic family getaway. Spent the day on the broads and the Owners Paul & Mel were on hand to assist in with all elements of the weekend from suggestions and information regarding boat hire. Having stayed many times in the previous property before it was rebuilt Paul & Mel have done a fabulous job at keeping the homely feel including great wifi and a unique wood burning fireplace. Will defiantly be returning for another relaxing getaway and of course a trip to Roys and some fantastic local pubs. Highly recommend. Conor.
