Property was extremely clean, well appointed and everything you could possibly need for your vacation. Margreth has thought of it all! Pool and deck area were spacious and the perfect place to relax during the day and enjoy a meal while watching the sunset in the evening. Nice, quiet residential area, about 15 minutes from beach and restaurants. Would highly recommend!!

This was a quaint spot out in a residential neighborhood. We loved the fact that we were in paradise away from people. We were only around people if we wanted to be. We rode bikes every day and laid by the pool! There were no tourist attractions which was a plus on our list but, the beaches were just a short drive away! Beaches were not crowded and were clean. The house was just as described and had everything you could need or want while on vacation. The house was very clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable! We would definitely stay here again and bring the kids!! The owner was very timely when we had questions and was very sweet to work with! We loved our stay!

Beautiful week with everything we needed and more!

From first contact with the owner, until checkout, it could not be a better experience and since we are experienced vacation home renters this means a lot to us. The house is large and spacious and well equipped with everything you will need for a Florida vacation, a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and the saltwater heated pool and hot tub were the cherry on top of the cake

We came to Rotunda West for a break from our snowy home and working-from-home/distance learning. The house was perfect with the pool, Margreth was a wondert host. Everything we hoped for!

Over the past couple of years, we have rented 10 houses in various states for vacations with family. This house, by far, is the best equipped, most organized, cleanest and best laid out. Margreth is an excellent communicator and she had paid attention to every detail for such a relaxed and enjoyable vacation. The neighborhood was very quiet and the pool was warm and inviting even in the cooler weather that we had while there.

Had the best time at this property! House was more than well equipped for everything we wanted to do. Location is amazing for golfing, beaches, groceries and excursions. Margreth was a joy to deal with and had zero issues. Highly recommend this house for anyone who wants to fully enjoy all of what rotonda has to offer!

This beautiful ranch home has it all! Comfortable, clean, tropical, private, upscale furnishings and landscaping - we did not want to go home. So convenient to everything! The owners thought of everything; from the towels, bicycles, beach chairs, seasoning to cook and a wonderful instruction book that covers everything. The pool is refreshing and has a huge patio with plenty of lawn chairs. Can't wait to go back!

This custom built home is stunning inside and out. Beautiful outside landscaping, and very nicely decorated inside. Comfortable, open and well supplied with everything you need. Salt water pool and hot tub was a huge plus. The owner, Margreth, was absolutely wonderful to deal with. Very friendly, accommodating, and always responded quickly to any questions or needs we had. We definitely hope to be back to this house in future.

We stayed here for the Christmas holiday 2017 and LOVED the house! Everything that was mentioned on the HomeAway website was there, in addition to other fun items we took advantage of, like beach chairs and a beach umbrella. The house is beautifully decorated and everything was up to date, clean and incredibly comfortable. We had a group of 6 adults and we never felt like we were in each other's way or didn't have enough space- it was a great size house. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet and was located close to shopping and beaches. While we were there, I had one question for Margreth and she was quick to reply to me. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful vacation home!

We rented this home for the month of March 2017. It exceeded all of our expectations for a rental. Very clean, well maintained and incredibly well equipped with everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had. I would not hesitate to recommend this home to others, except in March...we plan to come back!

We loved this property! This home is spacious, decorated nicely, with comfortable beds and furniture, and a well stocked kitchen. It seems like every need has been addressed. We had a couple issues during our 6 week stay, and they were addressed immediately by a super gentleman that lives close by. The neighborhood is safe, clean, and quiet. There is a great bike path that is close enough you can cycle to it. Several golf courses are located within the Rotonda community, with a lot of others close by. We were so happy, we have already booked for next year. I am confident that this home will not disappoint.

We truly enjoyed staying at this beautiful villa; it had absolutely everything we needed. The house was spacious, the beds had quality linen with extras in every room, the kitchen was fully supplied with plenty of dishes and small appliances, the furniture was comfortable, and everything was clean. We loved the pool and really enjoyed the fact that it had salt water! The lanai had plenty of seating space with comfortable lawn chairs to relax on. The beaches are close but with a pool like that, we didn't really feel like leaving the house much! Boca Grande is only 20 minutes away and since it is one of our favorite beaches in Florida, we made an exception and left the pool a couple of times. We hope to come back again. Stayed at this villa for 8 weeks and had a wonderfully relaxing and comfortable time here. The house is immaculately clean, well equipped and very well maintained - a well cared for home. The outside lanai area was large and provided a variety of places to relax and the heated pool and Jacuzzi were great. The owner was in contact when necessary and very easy to deal with but not intrusive in any way. Would I rebook the villa - yes definitely. Would I recommend it to others - absolutely.

Our third time in Rotonda West and by far the best property we have stayed in. Villa, double garage and lanai area were spotless. Very comfortable beds....good nights' sleep had by all! Great facilities inside and outside. Particularly loved the great quality towels - all brilliantly divided into pool, lounger and beach - what a fabulous touch. Margreth was easy to get hold of, especially when we first arrived, as we had need to get in touch with her and she came straight back to us with a vital piece of information, so we could actually get into the villa! Loved the canal outside, which provided plenty of wildlife spotting opportunities - we saw an alligator, plenty of bird life, turtles etc. The spa is fantastic, with the best, biggest bubbles. Perfect. The saltwater pool is also fabulous. I would definitely recommend this property and we hope to return soon. Thank you Margreth and family. Best regards Emery family
