warm welcoming by the host and his friend who spoke English. They offered us a shot of traditional drink as a welcome gift. The view from the balcony was outstanding. Very nice place for both short and long trip.

We really enjoyed our stay here and wished we stayed longer. The owners were really kind, friendly and very helpful with any info I needed. Gave us their homegrown fruit and personally showed us around the local area. Location was perfect, just a 5 minute walk to the main part, beach etc, very quiet at night for a good night's sleep. We would definitely return.

The owners are very nice. Offered us some drinks and to bring us to the bus station upon check out. It has everything you need for a short stay and with a great view of the ocean. Well recommended!

Our stay was perfect and fully recommended. The hosts were very friendly and the environment beautiful.

Very good holiday accommodation in a family-friendly town where the apartments facing Petrovac Bay offer a fantastic view. The host couple, Vesna and Luka, are very concerned about the well-being of their guests and the cleaning is impeccable. An extra plus is that the accommodation is located high, which benefits your fitness.

A word of caution should be raised when it comes to car parking during high season.

Vera and her husband are the kindest hosts I have ever met! They picked us up from the bus station and took us to the bus station as well after check-out. The apartment was great, just as on photos and everything was clean. It's on the hillside so you need to climb some stairs but we didn't mind this at all, as we had a lovely sea view from our balcony. I would definitely recommend for anyone to stay here, it was lovely!

Vera was super kind to our family and Luka came to pick us up at the bus station, because Google maps didn't show us the right way to reach the location! Super close to the supermarket and the beach!

I loved staying at the Villa Vukotić. First, it was well above Petrovac, so there was no noise. I am a very sensitive and light sleeper, and sleeping in a quiet place is extremely important to me. The bed was quite comfortable, there was a small kitchenette which I didn’t have much use for, but it was nice to have. Each room has its own private veranda, which is where I spent most of my time. It’s about a six or seven minute walk down to the beach front, so it’s very convenient. On the way down to the beach, there is a Voli market, and you can get just about anything you need there. There is also a large outdoor terrace, which I did not use, but this is perfect for a family that wants to have dinner, or have friends over and be social with. But the best part of all was the owners, Vera and Luka. Luka met me at the Petrovac bus station and drove me to the villa. Vera greeted me with a glass of rakia, and then we spent an hour talking about various political and cultural issues. She is a very nice lady. She was very concerned that everything was good, which it was. Today, for the same price as the taxi, they drove me to my next location, Virpazar, helped me find the rather remote place I was staying, And then helped me find a rental bicycle, which was not available otherwise, and which I never would have found on my own because I don’t speak Montenegrin. After that, they treated me to a beer in the Village Square, even though I wanted to treat them to say thank you for the kindness. They were warm and hospitable, and villa was quite nice. What else could you ask for?

There was nothing I didn’t like. The place was nice and the people were even nicer.

Studio was excellent, very clean. Host was very friendly and helped with the luggage. Even though it was 35 degree outside we didn't need AC because it was very pleasant in the studio.

No parking and steep hill to reach it on the foot is sometimes difficult when you're coming back from the beach (but that is described in the profile so it was something that we already knew before coming)

Super friendly and helpful hosts, easy communication. Place is very comfortable and has everything you need included big terrace and very beautiful sea view. Central beach is 7 mins by walk (with a 1 year old baby on our arms), but there are also nice beaches around. Our favorite was Lucice beach, approximately 15-20 mins walk away. On the way there you will find open air basketball court, tenis court and football field for sport lovers :) Recommend this place also for travellers with infants :)

Great place with incredible view of the islands in the sea. Very good personnel.

Nothing really

Very nice place with superfriendly host, conveniently located out of the busy center, yet still within minutes of walk to the beach. You can see the sea from the terrace. The rooms were clean, the kitchen had the essentials.

Our host was very friendly, she gave us some food and drinks. Thank you!

- We hate passive smoking. When we reserved the apartment, we explicitely that we want a non smoking apartment. However, somebody smoked heavily on the balcony beneath us. This is why we were not able to open the door of the balcony and had to sleep in the heat. On the final day, we found out who smoked all the time - it was the host´s husband. - The beds are extrremely short.
