Self catering. Lovey chalet in a fantastic position. Great pool. Very clean and well equipped. However very dangerous around chalet. Tree roots sticking out. Step on to terrace totally broken. Mum (93) put walking stick on floor inside chalet which gave way under her. She fell, cut her head open and I had to call the ambulance at 9.00 pm. One of your staff came and asked what happened. Mum was in hospital over night. Nobody came to ask how she was. When we left the member of staff who checked us out didn’t know anything about it. You should have an incident book. Even supermarkets record incidents. The paramedic was horrified by the state of the step.

Better information from your staff. And perhaps a little concern for an old lady who had fallen in one of your chalets and ended up in hospital.

Broken shower door, could nog close, poor tv reception which i fixed myself(bad connection cable), no stop in the kitchensink, the fridge was not clean and there was leftover of coffee in the cupboard

We booked a privilege cabin with front view to the marsh and the sea. Because it was already off-season most of the camping was empty and quiet. Watching the sunset from the private wooden deck in silence while sipping a nice glass of wine was definitively one of the highlights of the stay. All the cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils were new or in good condition. The swimming pool was warm and clean.

Following instructions we had to drive 15km to a different camping to get the key just to find out they had actually left the keys in the camping inside a key box. When you arrive all the kitchen utensils are over a table for you to do inventory, you must clean everything before departing (no room or cleaning service). No bedsheets, towels, cleaning products or even toilet paper. Is a cabin for campers so you must bring all you may need. Despite the cabin was advertised for 6, I am happy we were actually only the 2 because the space is quite limited.
