Right in the heart of Sestri Levante, with shops, cafes, bakeries right outside the door. Be aware that Sestri IS a vacation town, so you may have some noise, even late into the night, especially on weekends. That being said, it’s so nice to immerse yourself in a town that while touristy, largely draws Italians and other Europeans, rather than Americans. The apartment is bright and open, and stayed relatively cool with the use of two fans. Convenient, well designed kitchen and modern clean bathrooms. Towels could use replacement as they are well worn. We would come back to this apartment and the charming town in a heartbeat.

This was my second time in this apartment which is conveniently located in the heart of Sestri and has everything you could wish for for a brilliant holiday. Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely time in Piero's flat. It is clean and well equipped, very comfortable, with a nice decor. Its location in the centre of Sestri Levante, among the shops and restaurants was perfect for us. No car was needed during our stay, with restaurants, shops, train station and both beaches within easy walking distance. The little terrace was very much appreciated, enabling us to have our meals outside. The welcome was very friendly and accommodating, with Chiara even organising a taxi for us from Genoa airport. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Sestri Levante is a fantastic location. The town itself has so much to offer. Additionally, it is a superb location from which to explore the Ligurian coast, using local trains. This specific apartment is wonderfully located. It is on the main pedestrian street. Just walking out the door, you find multiple restaurants, bakeries and cafes. You are moments away from two beaches. The apartment is in perfect condition. It is exceptionally well stocked with anything that you might need. There is air conditioning. There is a small patio for sipping coffee (though likely not big enough for more than two individuals to have dinner. The apartment is at the top of the building. This has pluses (less noise - and there is good noise insulation, and views from the rear of the apartment). Some travelers may have concerns about three sets of stairs. The owner, Piero, provided great volumes of information on the apartment, how to check-in, and on anything we could need. He has an agent, perhaps 200 meters from the apartment, who checked us in and made herself available to help. This apartment worked well for our family of four. We have children aged 13 and 11. We slept in a nice double bedroom. There was a nice single bedroom, and one of the kids slept in a single bed in the loft area. We would definitely return to this apartment.

We loved this residence! Centrally located in the middle of town, yet extremely quiet due to the sound proof windows. The decor was very modern-reminded us of a New York City loft. Very comfortable for two couples. The kitchen was fully equipped and we loved sitting on the balcony for our meals. The beds were super comfortable and we were happy that the air conditioner worked well. We would definitely return!

Sestri apt.was great enough room for 6 easy a lot of stairs but worth it,clean,neat,couldn’t have been in a better place a lot to do and see really get to see how the Italian’s live! One month stay! Hope to be back some day!Geri& Frank. From St Louis USA

The exterior alleys age back to its start guessing late 1800's, this charm is visited by many where they find fresh bread bakeries, cheese stores, icecream parlours, fish monger and many more special stores. Other amenities are within 2 to 3 minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment is renovated to an extreme level of efficiency and will provide today's life style requirements. The train station is within 5 to 10 minutes walk from the apartment allowed us to visit the "Cinque Terre towns." sith ease. Great place thank you for renting it to us....

We were aware the flat was at the top of the building so were prepared for the climb but had not realized the lack of air-conditioning. The apartment felt more like a home than the usual type of holiday flat and was equipped with everything one needed. We would not hesitate to recommend it and there was enough room for our family of five adults without feeling cramped.

The apartment was great for us. Close to everything. We especially appreciated the big balcony facing the mountains. We had both breakfast, lunch and dinner there and it was really fantastic!

Very comfortable and well designed flat- great space and perfect location for the town and beach. We had a great stay and were made very welcome by the owner, agent and the cleaner. Perfect to be so central and yet tucked away. I would highly recommend.

Apartment refurbished to a very high standard.

We had an fantastic stay in Sestri Levante. The flat is on the top floor of a cute apartment building. The stairs are steep and that adds to the Italian charm. It's very comfortable, nicely decorated, clean and spacious. Our family (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed there and we loved it. It's nice that it has two good sized bathrooms and plenty of sleeping room. The flat is located on the main downtown, busy walking street of Sestri so it can get a little noisy. We were fine with ear plugs. I highly recomend staying here and would love to stay again.

We loved the property even though we had to climb the 50 + stairs to reach it ! Unsuitable for very young families or unfit. It was ideally suited for our needs. Situated amongst the shops and restaurants. A 5 minute walk to the beach. Well equipped.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit unserer Tochter und ihrem Freund in Sestri Levante verbracht und haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung an sich ist stylisch eingerichtet, die Möbel sind modern und komfortabel, die Küche hat alles zu bieten was man fürs Kochen braucht. Der Esstisch ist gross genug für ein gemütliches Abendessen und es gibt einen kleinen Balkon auf dem man frühstücken kann. Auch die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut: Mitten im "Stadtkern" in der Fußgängerzone gelegen ist von dem Trubel draussen in der Wohnung nichts zu hören. Gegenüber der Wohnung befindet sich die (nach unserem Empfinden) beste Bäckerei von Sestri und auch die beiden Strände sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Gerne wieder!

We had a great stay in Sestri Levante. The apartment made our holidays perfect. The location is excellent and it is furnished with passion for detail. We love Liguria, we love Italy. We definitely come back. Thank you, Piero for offering such a terrific apartment!

The apartment is even better than the photographs suggest. The quality of the furniture is apparent - the sofa bed opens and closes with the touch of a little finger and our children loved making dens in the storage cupboards. It is well equipped and stylish yet comfortable and we felt very relaxed there. We didn't meet the owner but my online dealings with him were friendly and efficient. Sestri Levante is a fantastic family beach town with everything close to hand. This apartment is at the heart of everything yet still peaceful, although we did keep all the windows open to enjoy the (great) live music that filled the town one evening. The stairs are quite steep leading up to the apartment but I can't imagine there is another apartment as good as this in the town so please don't let a few stairs put you off.

Our stay in Sestri Levante was perfetto! The city is excellent and the apartment is beautiful and stylish in all senses. The location could not be better. We highly recommend this apartment for you.

We had a wonderful stay and would recommend the property to friends and family. Good restaurants and cafes were close by, the train station a short walk away. Sestri Levante is a convenient base for walking nearby trails and the Cinque Terre. The apartment is on the 3rd floor so may not be suitable for everybody.

We stayed with our daughter and her boyfriend in this beautiful and very well equipped and very comfortable apartment. We found everything we wished for in this holiday. Two new and luxurious bathrooms, very nice bedrooms, a practical kitchen, w-lan, books (e.g.for Italian cooking) and a nice little patio where we could have our meals. Everything was very well organized and very clean. Pietro was ever so quick in answering any mail. The car could stay in the garage all holiday as we could reach every destination we visited (Portofino and San Fruttoso, Cinque Terre, Genua) either by train or by ship, which was a very relaxing experience. The apartment is ideally located in Sestri Levante, which is a lovely Italian town full of shops, bars, very good restaurants, music and Italian life. And just a few steps away you will find Baya Silencio with its nice sandy beach. We want to thank Pietro for offering this very extraordinary apartment to tourists allowing them to experience Italy at its best. We surely would love to come back and will recommend this apartment to our friends.
