Location - very good, in old town where you can find lot of shops and restaurants, location feels safe. Host: Andrea was very helpful, especially I would accent his flexibility, good advices and cold water in the fridge (free of a charge). Communication was just perfect. Airconditioner also appreciated - especially during very hot days in August. Overall: I would recommend to everyone searching for reasonably priced appartment in the city center.

I am disclaiming that the negatives I am mentioning might be connected to the nature of the flats in Genoa old town. Flat was very dark - almost no sunlight. The kitchen - despite the fact it was well equipped, the facilities were a bit older, felt used for a time (e.g. coffee maker). so, if you search for modern flat with some level of luxury, the flat might disappoint you. But for us, very good choice and no major problem 😊

Excellent host so welcoming!! Lift from airport offered with tips for our short visit. Good location for exploring old town. Excellent coffee and breakfast snacks available in apartment. So clean! Air con perfect. Thanks Andrew!

Good location, near the city center and harbour. Host was very friendly and helpful with car parking and luggage, and everything went smoothly in check-in. Spacious apartment, efficient A/C. All the needed kitchen equipment are found.

Apartment is a bit worn-out. Some of the promised equipment were not working (e.g. hairdryer). There is no view from windows, you can see only wall of the next building. Some noise from the popular restaurant downstairs in evenings.

All in all good

Some kitchen accessories were missing. Like a towel and some proper knifes.

Great location for visiting Genoa, the car parking was good too and was about a 10 minute walk away. The apartment is nice and well equipped, we enjoyed our stay here.

after a long drive we met Vincent within minutes of arrival with our keys and everything we needed to know .He phoned us a minute or two before we pulled up ,led us to the secure car park and a short walk later we were at the appartment perfect timing. Genoa was everything we wanted from a short break interesting town with great food and great people we enjoyed it very much . The appartment was a fantastic choice for our stay recomend to anyone
