Clean, cosy apartment. Great location to slopes and ski storage. Lovely pool and spa facilities. Helpful, friendly staff.

The property was great and the kitchen was well equipped. It would of been helpful to have a couple of tea towels as they were not provided so we had to purchase some. Apart from that the property had everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again.

it was clean and modern and in a great location.

Having to do a review of the lengthy inventory, this should be done before we arrive. however when I did it there were lots of items not in the apartment that were listed on the inventory. I took my list down to reception but it took four days to deliver due to reception being closed for two days and only being manned at certain times in other days. this caused some worry as we didn’t want to lose any of our deposit for missing items that weren’t actually there when we arrived.

Easy access to ski hire, lift pass office ski hire ski schools ski lifts shops tourist office and bus stops.

The sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable and there was no oven.

Perfect location slopes and lifts 80m away ,appt spacious and well equipped,more than enough bars restaurants for a week's stay

Bunk beds are definitely for children not a 6"2 adult 🤣🤣

The staff, specially Margaux was very kind and patiently hulp us to move in and out

Excellent cooking facilities, location to free ski and sledding areas great for families, covered car parking, close to supermarket and pharmacy etc. would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

Nothing everything was great

Location is very good, you can ski right back to the hotel after a day on the slopes. It's great and convenient with ski locker, and supermarket and bakery is close by. They were very flexible on checkout, and we could just leave the keys as we had to depart very early in the morning. It's nice to have the option to use the pool and saunas, however it easily gets a bit crowded, and the pools are popular with the children, so not so peaceful :)

You are supplied with just one toilet roll for the stay, it's fine you can buy more in the supermarket, but we had not realised this in advance, so when we ran out and asked if we could have/buy one more, we were turned down which was a bit annoying.
