wir hatten Eigenverpflegung nächster Supermarkt ca.15 KM zu weit weg. Terrasse mit Seeblick traumhaft. Um zu den Attraktionen zu gelangen muss man immer um den halben See fahren(dann sind schon zwei Stunden futsch. Traumhaft ist das Dreieck Menaggio Bellagio Cattenachio oder so ähnlich (kleine Schiffstour)

Müllentsorgung am Friedhof kannte ich bisher noch nicht. ständig ist die Sicherung beim Kochen rausgeflogen, Warum kein Deutsches Fernsehen wenn ein Satellit auf dem Dach steht. nicht das ihr jetzt denkt ich bin der Grinch aus dem Film

Just the bed, I had a back ache every day and through the night, a better mattress would be a solution.

The view by the Como-lake is absolutely fantastic. The appartment is large enough and it was easy with children. The neighborhood is beautiful and there is a nice restaurant by the Lake. With car it was easy and handy to visit many places from the appartment.

The appartment has no air-conditioning and the fans were not good enough for the warm summer-weather. The appartment was thus very hot, also during the nighttime.

The view is amazing! There are two floors in the apartment, both with huge windows and the wonderful lake view. It is very clean and modern, with everything we need. It even equipped with underfloor heating, so it’s always warm

Some minor improvements can enhance the experience a lot and make it a even better place (with very small cost too) For example, providing coffee pod, shower gel, shampoo and laundry detergent

Everything. Position - short walk to the village with a choice of a nice bar, a hotel pizzeria, and a very nice restaurant. Also, a small shop/bar is nearby where you can purchase bus tickets to get the C10 bus around the west side of the lake. All the way from Colico to Como. View - words will not do justice to what's outside your front window. Honestly, majestic, vast, spectacular and beautiful just aren't good enough. You need to see it for yourself. Pool - this was great with those mountains surrounding you - just WOW. Apartment- very clean, and very modern.

Nothing. I'd like to address some of the other reviews that mention a few things. The walk to the village. Its along a road with no footpath yes. It does feel a little sketchy, but saying you cannot get anywhere without a car is not right. Its do able, and there's quite a wide area next to the road so you can walk without being in the actual carriage way. I'd say, some of the people that have mentioned issues with it, may have had pushchairs / buggies etc. In this case, I'd agree it isn't the best. I wanted to address this as it was a concern for us reading the reviews. If you are a couple, or have kids that can walk ok, then you can absolutely walk to the village every night, and walk to the bus stop easy. It's on a steep hill. Nah, it ain't that bad. Also, when you see the view, you'll understand that to resolve this, you'd need to go somewhere flat. I.e. not up a hill, and there'd be no mountains to look at. I.e. not a problem. Taking your rubbish out at then end of the holiday. It's a bit annoying I spose. However, after having the opportunity to look at that view for the week, and spending time in glorious Como, I'd have walked the rubbish bag back to the UK I'd I had to. :) Hopefully this doesn't appear like I'm moaning at the other reviewers, but wanted to put others minds at ease, that while there are some minor compromises, they're absolutely nothing compared to the experience we had there. One negative I did agree with, aircon would have been nice....
