Very clean, very well equipped. Demitrie was an excellent and the welcome was much appreciated. The basket of fresh fruit was lovely.
Backed on to a quad bike garage and was quite noisy

The place was so well equipped! We felt ourselves like at home. Lots of places to be and relax. Sun comes from right angles. The pool was with salty water not chorine. Everything worked and was as it must be to enjoy your vacation! Thanks a lot!

Cracking Villa. Clean & tidy, loads of room around the pool which has been recently refurbished and has a salt system instead of chemicals.
The owner was there to greet you on arrival and run you through the villa, he also leaves a very generous welcome pack to keep you going. The owner was easily contactable before and during our stay, replying very prompt. Beach, supermarket and strip all within walking distance. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you Demetris.

The villa is amazing! it is very well equipped with everything you need, including a large welcome pack. The outside space and pool area are exceptional, it is all well kept inside and out. Demetris is an excellent host, he took the time to meet us on arrival and show us where everything was and how it worked. Thoroughly lovely place with local bars, the beach and supermarket. It was our first time in Cyprus, we will certainly be back!

The size of the Villa was great and was very well equiped with a generous welcome pack
The garden furniture was plastic which is not condusive to a hot climate. some of the sun beds and parrasols were broken. We were unable to use the pool for the last 2 days as it was murky and dirty. We stayed 11 nights and the villa was not cleaned while we were there we did recieve clean towels and linen half way through our holiday and made up the beds ourselves

The villa was beautiful with a fantastic garden
Not as private as claimed, there are neighbors that can see into the pool area.

The villa was in easy access (10-15 minute walk) of supermarket, bars and restaurants.. Well equipped and comfortable. Demetris had left us a good amount of food on our arrival and was a good host. We would stay here again in the future.
There wasn't much to not like. Shower riser rail in ensuite could do with being replaced and kitchen doors could be soft close but we were very happy overall.

Large beautiful garden with several dining areas to make maximin use of sun/shade. Large pool. Generous welcome pack providing more than the usual basics.Easy 10 min walk to the beach. Accommodating hosts who provided all facilities for a comfortable weeks stay

Everything was amazing! the facilities, the pool, the rooms, the fountain! :-)
As a parents you need to carry the entertainment for kids.. you don’t have to bring anything! Demetris has beach toys, pool toys, games to play at home, good internet and fantastic territory! the kids were running around all day long!
cherry on the top— the food, wine, cereal, fridge full of water was eating for us on arrival, so we were able to eat straight away without going to the shop.
I was thinking hard about what could be better.. but I couldn’t think of anything major. Thank you Demetris! this was our home for a week :-)
