We booked this beautiful house for a cousin’s weekend with 21 of us. The house is beautiful and the location is great. The Lake is stunning. But some things we found concerning was the cleanliness. When we arrived the kitchen floor was sticky like it hadn’t been mopped. The comforters had stains on it and we weren’t sure if they were clean. The grill hadn’t been cleaned in ages, when we tried to grill burgers all of the grease and soot caught on fire so we had to cook in the kitchen only which is really terrible when you are planning to barbecue most of the weekend. The heat was not working in the basement including the bedrooms. And they had a second refrigerator that smelled like raw fish. Given it may not be for guests but in that case lock it up or put a label on it to not open, it made the whole place smell terrible. Despite these things, we made the best of it and made sure to clean up when we left. Overall we still had a great time but during these infectious times and renting out other peoples’ houses, cleanliness is of the upmost importance. For the amount of money you have to spend, there are basic things to be expected.

We rented this wonderful home for a family reunion!! First off, the kids that came had a great time with the amenities such as games, the fireplace for smores, the hot tub, game room and much more. The adults enjoyed the cabin with grill, Hot Tub, both fire pits, the lake side seating, and the nearby available activities. We went to ATVs 15 mins away, a hike 12 mins away with over 40 miles in trails, and also just walking through the beautiful neighborhood and lakeside views. I can't wait to rent again and try this spacious house in the summer with the family again. Everyone was accommodated in the right way. The host answered every question I had and gave great suggestions. The welcome package made it easy to transition into the rental!! The house was also very clean and tidy. We ample room in the driveway to fit 7 cars in the spaces provided. Definitely a must rent!!!

The house was beautiful providing a lot of space for about 15 people. All of the rooms and amenities seem very new and obviously clean. The outdoor area was perfect, The lily pads make it hard to swim but there is a ton of to play games and relax. We also very much enjoyed the fire pit.

I had a group of about 19 people. The space was perfect to accommodate our rather large party. We had some problems with the heat and the property manager was able to fix this withing minutes of me reporting it (once I got a hold of him after SEVERAL attempts). The second parking area across from the house is not well marked and is a little confusing. so it was a little frustrating when we arrived with there several cars, some of which cannot get up the already icey driveway (even with 4 wheel drive). It did snow a few inches the second day and we rented a bus to take us to a winery and the resort was late to plow the roads so the bus had trouble getting to the house. Also nobody came to plow the driveway, they say they have salt at the house (which they do) but it is VERY difficult to salt once the ice is on since its so steep you will simply slip right down the driveway. That day we had 19 women (one pregnant) scaling the side of the driveway as it was the only way to get into the house. So if snow is the in forecast, plan on staying in the house until the weather melts the snow because walking up and down the hill was very dangerous even two days post storm. We were very excited to use the hot tub and it was rather enjoyable the first night. When we went into the hot tub the next day when it was more light outside, we were astonished at the state of the tub. The water was green and there was a film around the waterline as if the tub had not been properly cleaning in ages. We were thankful nobody had a reaction. All in all it was a decent place to stay other than the few gripes mentioned above.

The property was great especially the outdoor space with all of the furniture. The town itself is very quaint and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Property was in disarray when we arrived, when you drive up the incredibly steep and rough drive you are welcomed by a pile of junk and garbage, first thing you see...... The deck is in horrible condition with nails sticking up(we hammered them in so the children wouldn't cut their feet) half painted, half worn off, 2 dirty buckets of cigarette butts left on the deck, the grill so greasy and filthy, it was/is unfit for use. TV worked intermittently, house was not clean, cobwebs around the fireplace and in all the corners, towel rail in the 1st floor bathroom, gone, was just holes in the wall. The glass topped kitchen table was gross. We scrubbed it. The lawn was not cut/trimmed. The landscapers showed up about 1 hour after we checked in. It was 95 degrees, we gave them ice water. Nice guys. After the treacherous decent down the drive with coolers and small children in tow, we set up the lawn furniture, was all pilled in a corner, and picked up the trash, the area of the lake is covered with lily pads and weeds, not suitable for children the either play in the water, swim or fish. The shore line is actually dangerous, we removed several nails that where sticking out of the dock boards, and there are shards of broken concrete, had an 11 year old cut his foot quite severely. Our once a year whole family vacation did not go as expected. I have photos of all if these issues, If any one would like to discuss this.

I can't say it enough, this house is awesome! We had a great long weekend at Lake Harmony. When we walked it, the place was neat and clean, and well organized. The house has some great features, with a fire place inside the house, one on the deck and another fire pit by the lakeside! It has great living space, comfortable furniture, and huge dining table. And the kids had a fantastic time too! Our experience with the host was great. He responded quickly, answered the phone whenever I had a quick question. Everything about the house is as stated and shown in the pictures. We had so much fun. Can't wait to rent this home again!

We had an amazing weekend at this house. Location was perfect. You have great views of the lake and you're so close to many of the restaurants. Plenty of room to park all our cars. The host, Albert, was easy to get in touch with and answered all of our questions. The lake house was super clean upon our arrival. Spacious. We did a lot of cooking and grilling. Kitchen had everything we needed, so did the deck with the grills. We ate as a large group. We relaxed in the hot tub. We did s'mores in the firepit by the lake. It was a fantastic weekend. Would recommend for groups or families looking to just relax and have fun!

First off, what a beautiful property and lake house. It was very clean when we arrived, and everything was well kept. It had everything we needed, and we were a big group. We had such an amazing time. The kids had fun, we went to a nearby water park. We were able to relax on the deck, we grilled, they had a firepit, it was truly a memorable weekend. We'll definitely come back. Thank you!!!

The house was amazing. Plenty of things to do and plenty of room. The pictures are accurate. The kitchen has great counter space. There's also large dining table to entertain ourselves. Everything was super convenient and comfortable for a big group. The outside deck area is also really nice and the hot tub of course is amazing. It was very spacious and clean. Great property and the location was fantastic. The host was extremely responsive. We had a fabulous time. Highly recommend to large groups or families. We will be back!

The house is beautiful with nice amenities. We had a fantastic weekend, it was everything we wanted. It was as described and all the pictures were accurate. Everything was very clean upon arrival, Also the host was very accommodating and responded quickly when we had any questions. The house was perfect for a big group. We would recommend this house to our friends.

We stayed here with multiple families and it was AWESOME. There was plenty of room and things to do for both the adults and the kids. Both days, we went skiing, the kids went snowboarding. We'll definitely look into booking for the summer and really take advantage of the outdoor space. The host was also part of the reason this stay was so enjoyable. He provided us tons of information and was very responsive when we had questions. The house was clean and spacious. We all loved it! Looking forward to coming in the summer and spending time by the lake!

We had a family reunion, there were 20 of us and it never felt crowded. There were lots of places to all hang out! I loved the huge dining room table. I loved the kitchen with plenty of counter space. The whole house was very comfortable, fireplace was cozy. We really had a wonderful time. Plenty of bedrooms for the adults and bunk beds for the kids! It all worked out really nicely. The host was communicative and very hospitable to all our needs, answered all our questions and gave us great insight into the area. I would definitely rent again. Everything went as smoothly as we could have hoped. It really was the ideal getaway. Everyone in the family was happy to see each other and happy we stayed here. Thank you.

We loved this house. Perfect location, close to Jack Frost and Big Boulder. Our group had an amazing time. Hot tub was great after day of skiing. House was clean, perfect getaway weekend. Host was responsive and very nice. If you are looking for a fun and relaxing place to stay for a few days, don't hesitate to book this property. We're definitely coming back here again!

We had a great ski weekend. Excellent location, close to both Big Boulder and Jack Frost. House was perfect for us. It was clean, well-kept and the hot tub was really nice after a day of skiing. Highly recommend.

We had an awesome time. The house was very modern and very spacious. It was real close to the slopes. My kids enjoyed the amenities. We would definitely come back.

It was big beautiful house with many amenities. They had foosball and basketball game for the kids and big Jacuzzi for the adults. Both Jack Frost and Big Boulder ski resorts were 10 minutes away from the house which was very convenient because everyone was tired from snowboarding and skiing all day. I snowboard all day and came back to the house and jump right into the jacuzzi and I was in heaven. We had a great time and will definitely come back soon.

Our stay at this home couldn't have been better! Based on the information on the listing and Albert's correspondence, it met all our expectations and more! It was our extended family and close friends, there were 16 of us. We wanted to eat, drink, laugh, and relax and the house was perfect. There were a lot of gathering areas and they all had plenty of comfortable seating. The kids had fun, they had their own bunk bed room upstairs and got to hang out together. All the amenities were great. We enjoyed the hot tub, it was crystal clean. The house is so spacious, everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. Albert was extremely helpful and answered any questions we had. We had an amazing time. We went skiing and snowboarding twice and the location of the home is super convenient. We were very happy staying here.

The house and property were gorgeous. The interior was clean, spacious with everything we needed. Albert was an excellent host and responded promptly. Location, views, atmosphere... perfect way to spend the holidays. Thank you! Will come again!

The house was perfect for our group of 18 adults that stayed for a long weekend. Contrary to other reviews, I did feel like there were plenty of pots and pans as well as dinnerware for a large group of people. There is no AC, something I missed when originally booking (it is not listed anywhere), but there were plenty of windows and ceiling fans that worked in each room that the house was cool. The other reviews are correct that the house is not technically on the lake, rather across the street. That being said, there is no other property between you and the water, and you have clear views to the lake from the property. The owner was available before and during our stay to answer any questions or concerns we had. The property was very clean, and very up to date. It is on the other side of the lake from the restaurants at Lake Harmony, about a 25 minute walk to Nicks Lakehouse, but a quick drive. I would recommend this place to anyone with a large group and would rent again!

Our stay at this Lake Harmony house in July was not a “pleasurable” experience. When we arrived at the house we quickly realized that it was not as advertised. 1.) The house was not on the lake!!! 2.) While it was advertised (and documented in the instruction manual) we found out the hard way that there is no A/C. The A/C window units were rusting under the porch. 3.) Most of the fans in the home weren’t working 4.) They indicated they’d supply linens. There wasn’t a single towel to be found in the house. No bath towels, no hand towels, nothing. 5.) There was one roll of toilet paper supplied for the three bathrooms for our 4 night stay. 6.) There wasn’t dishwasher detergent provided for the dishwasher. 6.)There was black mold growing on the ceiling of one of the bedrooms. 7.) All of this, while subpar, was not the least of our problems. On the third night of our stay, the sewage siren went off and rang throughout the evening until the septic handyman showed up at 8am the next morning. We were then instructed not to shower, go the bathroom or run water from 8am to 2pm Saturday morning while the septic handyman tried to fix the septic poop grinder that was conveniently located in front of the porch and between our view of the lake. While we had our morning breakfast and lunch, our meals became less appetizing as we were hit with the strong scents of raw sewage. To escape the smell, we walked down to the lake but had to tread carefully as fecal matter was literally streaming steadily down the driveway pooling at the bottom of the road. 9.) While at the lake, we roasted in the hot summer sun as the gazebo that was advertised to provide shade was sitting under the trees in pieces. Overall, this house was completely underwhelming and disappointing.

This home was perfect for my group. The house was beautiful and exactly as pictured but it was hard to find at first. The directions to get there on google maps want to take you to the right side of the lake but you can only get there by hugging other side. They just renumbered the houses around the lake so that is probably why google maps is wrong. The house contact's phone was off when we tried to call for directions but luckily the locals bar (Nick's I think) was filled with friendly neighbors who pointed us to the right direction The only other minor downfalls was that the hot tub wasn't hot the first night and looked dirty, and the living room fireplace wouldn't turn on. Aside from that the house was great, I plan on renting this place next year if it is open. These were minor problems and would 100% recommend
