Problems with the parking assignment and cleannles.

The location was quite good, next to the reliable E3 bus (connection Rio Coca with the old town) and the Airport transfer hub - Rio Coca bus station It has a smart TV which I highly appreciate Reception were helpful and nice.

Reception only accepted cash - you need to pay ATM fee The apartment was very very noisy. It has no soundproofing whatsoever all the traffic sounds like u are in the street. It's also very cold (no A/C either heating), 18 °C daytime, 7 °C at nighttime is the climate here, so it's not comfortable for everybody.

hard to sleep with all the traffic. bright flashing advertisement outside window. there was a smell of gas. night lights didn't work.

The suite was spacious, comfortable and clean. The property is very safe and the location was perfect for our quick stay in Quito. Absolutely no issues and everything met our expectations, thank you.
