A very clean room, which was a good size and very quiet. The lady on the reception desk, Mayte, is a credit to the hotel! She helped us with some very fiddly scanning and printing, so that we could sort out something complicated and stressful - she really saved the day! We can't thank her enough. It made our stay a million times better. I wish we'd been there a bit longer - it was a shame we only had one night as it was such a good hotel.

Although in the center of town, the hotel is very quiet, with a wide parking, and varied and complete breakfast.

Breakfast was a shambles, had to book a slot and then had to wait for ages before being served. Decided to go down the road to a cafe instead.

Breakfast ok. Very portion controlled. Location good if we were able to ask some where abouts we were situated. The building was amazing and attention paid to every detail.

The owner was very unapproachable but accommodation very good.

You know that feeling when you generally like the hotel, but there is one or two things that you don’t like? Maybe some mold in the bathroom, maybe it’s too far, maybe the tab leaks, maybe the hairdryer doesn’t work? Well, for me this was a perfect hotel, and there was no “but”. Ribadeo is quite small, so everything is close to La Casona. The place has an actual hotel feeling - there is a nice lobby, the corridors smell nice. The room was quite spacious, windows big, furniture of good quality, a bench to keep the suitcase. The bathroom has a window, which I always find practical - easy to ventilate, and the light is good for makeup purposes. This hotel has a parking and they don’t charge extra for it. Loved the stay and I wish more hotels were like this
