Close to all we wanted to do in North Vancouver.

Not very clean. We used the suite with cooking facilities but smaller pots would’ve been perfect. Paper towel to clean up with. Dish towel for drying dishes. Breakfast included but it was running out of stuff.

Le canapé vintage; les cheveux qui n’étaient pas les miens sur mes affaires et sur l’éponge , l’emplacement de la chambre pile en face de l’escalier, l’absence d’insonorisation, les gens qui klaxonnent dans le parking tard le soir . Fenêtre qui donne sur le couloir .

Convenient location good blackout curtains and the fountain was nice.

Very high priced for the quality. Extremely dated, two broken lights, chipped mirrors, uncomfortable cheap beds, I think I saw a silverfish in the sink, tiny dated tv, poor water pressure, poor toiletries provided, no shower seat for my handicap charge and didn’t warn me that my requested handicap amenities weren’t available until I arrived at the hotel which was already paid for. Not enough seating for breakfast so we just left and went without rather than stand and wait.

Friendly staff, enough tea, coffee and water for drinking.

On the first night, we were feeling itchy and could not sleep well. This was due to dusts on the bed. AC was also not functioning well and just disturbing our sleep. lamp over the sink was not working . Next day morning, after I reported to the front desk , the lady immediatey sent some one for fixing the lamp, and later they also cleaned the room. It looked the room was not checked before checking in.

It was blah. Out of coffee and very few choices.

The room could have been cleaned alot better. Everything is worn and needs a remodel bad.
