Room had access to outdoor patio. Gym had access to outdoor patio. Room was spacious and very clean. Staff very friendly.

Bike in gym was old and seat didn’t move up and down. Food did not include enough fruit. No wooden spoons and no glasses. All paper or plastic.

Carpet smelled very bad. Room smelled bad. Water didn’t come out of the bathtub tap. Only had the shower.

The staff were friendly. The room was clean.

The fridge was noisy and there were other customers that were making noise passed 5am. Needless to say I have to travel 3 + hours on no sleep. So not a very enjoyable stay.

Location was good as well as the continental breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I did not like this location was under construction. Had I have known that I wouldn’t have booked here. Prices should have been reflected.

Location. Remodelling was on going with scaffolding outside window, was not advised of ongoing work.

Check in was easy, staff were very pleasant. Having coffee readily available in the lobby was nice.

The construction work right outside our sliding door meant we had no privacy unless the curtain was fully closed. The hotel was not full; we could have been put in a room away from the construction.

Although this place is under construction, it didn't affect my stay. The bed was squeaky but outside of that, the staff were great, kind, polite, helpful, and willing to help including custodial, the breakfast is made and served for you and can.

liked the sliding door to outside - clean, comfy bed. good size fridge that actually gets cold. front desk person was amazing - very efficient, positive and kind.

a bit musty smell when we arrived but was able to air it out. don’t like plastic cups - I prefer glass.

The air conditioning vents are very dirty. The air caused me to cough all night the first night. The second night I covered the vent with a towel and the air was much better.

We had a sofa and a chair, so the room was quite comfortable. The shower was good.

The breakfast is OK, but the scrambled eggs are pretty awful.

Clean but the room needs renovations. For the price$200/night I was not impressed. If it was cheaper it would be fine. I would pay $130 max for that hotel.The breakfast was ok. Not the best but at least it was included.

The breakfast was good...my husband is celiac so he was able to eat the eggs and sausages.

When we first entered our room it was evident from the stale smell of cigarettes that someone had previously either smoked in the room or just outside allowing the smoke to enter the room. We spoke to the lady at the front desk and she used a spray deodorizer to minimize the smell. It did improve...

Spacious rooms, easy to park the car

The room was a little bit smelly - like wet / mould. No sink hole cover (I left something fell into it)

The kitchen area is disorganized eg. Garbage can is in front of the entranceway way, no butter for waffles, coffee ran out, cant easily locate anything like utensils or condiments because in ackward areas etc, the eggs were cold and rubbery. I came because of the hot breakfast and it was a huge disappointment. The room was suppose to be non smoking but when I opened the door the perfume overlay was horrible to cover obvious smoke and a dog was locked two rooms down barking nonstop. I had to go ask to be moved to another room. I won't be back nor will I recommend this hotel. Could hear cars until 2 am and paper thin walls to hear the room next to me talking from 3 m to 5 am. I barely got any sleep!!! I paid $234 for a bad experience and no sleep. Then there was a 200$ damage surprise hold for the one night to be told it would go back on my credit card between 4 to 5 days. The morning staff tried to help patrons but got in the way with their nonstop questions telling us they were new and learning the job. Then hung out in the little kitchen area doing nothing as if we were to be supervised.

Pillows were really old. Was charged 15 dollars more than Booking quoted. 500 dollars for two night stay in motel seems high but it's priced to the local market
