Room location and check in was great. The room faced the road would have being great to face lake.The service in the coffee shop was outstanding.

Bed were very comfortable, Hot tub was great Staff were great! Complimentary bikes were great

Very well stocked suite with full kitchen, balcony, deep soaking tub, robes, underground parking ... and enjoyed the adjacent marsh. bistro was excellent as was Shaunghessy's next door ... so convenient

tub drain not draining well so standing in water when showering. the bed had a board around it that extended past the bed so easily hit with toes ! asked for housekeeping ( called told they would be there in an hour) when we got back 8 hours later they had not been there

Well kept, super clean, great location on the water.

Maybe it was user error but we couldn’t get the bedroom cooled down to sleep even though we set the separate thermostat to 17 degrees, it stayed at 20.

the suite was excellent with everything you needed including paper towels and good knives
