Cleaned the room and replaced the towels without being asked. The little sticker in the bathroom wasn't much to notice for house keeping

Checkout wasent till 11, room service started knocking on the door at 945. Bed was hard as a rock 🪨 The room was not cleaned well, and I found an old water bottle hidden behind night stand

Staff here were friendly and helpful! Accommodations were clean and hotel is pet friendly. Main floor rooms have patio doors to the outside which was very convenient when traveling with a dog. Happy to stay here again.

Booked online when then we got there they gave us a double room that live room then I said I booked a Queen single bed single bed and they told me it came through to the hotel as a double and when I questioned it asking why I was charged for a Queen the eldest student said they found me a Queen so we switched dreams only to get to the room it's a double Queen so smaller than what we asked and then we had added a second room and we were charged double for a pre book triumph then what we were the room we booked on site last minute

Made reservations 2 months prior. I was promised a first floor room. That was confirmed 3 days prior to arrival.in person..Gave us a second floor room when we arrived with no reason why. Rooms are a long way from.stairways. Rooms are overly deoderised to be offensive. Noisy place with people hanging around outside at all hours..No top sheet on one bed. Room.key didn't work on exterior secuconditions. Breakfast was substandard and coffer the worst. Hugely overpriced and poor coditions. Never again .

I believe Archie was the name of the person that checked us in. So helpful and friendly. A fantastic way to start our stay.
