The location is very convenient - around a lot of restaurants. It's also close to the subway. Good if you like to walk around. The 2 person rooms with double beds are spacious.

Though the hotel advertised itself as a smoke free hotel, the moment I walked into my room, it reeked of cigarette smoke. I tried to air out the room by opening the windows but it didn't help much. I'm pretty sure the people staying in the room next to me was smoking heavily. On my last day, their door was left ajar and the smell of cigarettes was very strong. Lastly, the hot water in the shower was lukewarm. My stay was during the winter and there was only 1 night where I had ok hot water to use. Funny enough, the hot water tap at the sink was always hot.

there were a problem about ants (we found in the morning one package of cookies devoured by ants) and it was very disgusting, and the staff was not helpful at all

The fact that they provide water and juice 24/7

The fact that they don't clearn the rooms every day but every 3 days Its just bad.7

the wifi didn’t work, when I complained, the person at the reception suggested that I stand closer to the window to get signal (which I tried but still no luck). The shower curtain had mold growing on it. the room was claustrophobic and air conditioning was not working properly, so I was sweaty for 2 hours and then being blasted by air for 20 minutes and then sweaty again. when I borrowed the iron and used it in the room, it felt like the fuse was about to blow so I got scared and unplugged it quickly.

Dirty, lots of cigarette burns in bedding, toilet was dirty, NO AC WAS VERY, VERY HOT, had to wait to check out.
