The staff were very accommodating. The desk person during the day was nice enough to check us in when we arrived early. We had an issue with the first room being too warm and the AC not sufficiently cooling it, and the night desk person was able to get us another room that was much cooler. The breakfast was also the best one we had during our trip. The croissants were amazing!! And the hotel had easy access to the metro and downtown Montreal.

The AC unit in the first room looked a bit old, which may be why it didn’t seem to cool it down. It suggests the hotel might want to update the systems in all of the rooms.

Le pieds en bois du lit est très dangereux. On s'y est heurté à quelques reprises et nous avons des marques sur les tibias.

Lovely buffet breakfast that was kept well stocked.

Everything was perfect for our stay. Very relaxing patio and pool area. Lovely décor throughout.

Staff at reception staff was good, breakfast variety was good one of staff was helpful

Luxurious rooms and bathrooms, and the whole building has a very upscale look and feel - very nice. Pretty chateau design on the outside. Very clean and comfortable. I didn't want to leave. Good central location in Laval. I would stay here again without question, if in the area.

The outdoor pool was not open in mid-May. Should be open. Also, no little bistro or restaurant on property for regular guests, though they seemed to be catering food for a conference while we were there.

The management and staff were great. We came in a day early, and they were able to accommodate us without issue.
