Everything looked clean and was clean

Everything was great except for a couple of little details like the shower head that wasn’t working properly

The receptionists are very nice. There's a guy named Anson (if I remember correctly) who showed great care and attention to details.

Great standard of service from all the team.

The two rooms on 4th floor had a slight odour to them otherwise all clean and comfortable.

We had a Christmas party there! Location and everything was nice.

I booked the room to get ready and all. When we entered the room, it had. A very strong smell of urine or don’t know what was that! Called front desk to inform. They were nice enough to offer us another room. We were getting late for the party so we didn’t change the room.

This hotel was conveniently located near the event venue that my sister and I where attending. It was very clean. Front desk staff were exceptional. Upon checking in then front desk attendant was able to make taxi arrangements for us, which was very nice. Exceptional customer service at the front desk, bar and restaurant. Rooms comfortable and nice beds. Huge walk in shower. I will stay again and will highly recommend.

You get hit with cold water when you turn on shower. Other than that nothing.

I liked the friendliness of the staff. The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. When we asked for a second chair late in the evening, it was delivered instantly. The waiter Anton made everyone in the restaurant feel special and welcome.

As a European, I have trouble with Canadian food, which is not the hotel's fault. Especially the lack of fresh fruit (except for the standardized hard melon cubes) and vegetables as well as the huge amount of salt, sugar and artificial flavors were troublesome for someone who mostly eats fresh and organic food at home.

Front desk made key for our room to some other person and he came in our room . We complained but no one responded. How tendon person come in my room . Very poor service.

The hotel staff was very friendly. Our room was nice and spacious. Hotel was close to everywhere we were visiting. Great buffet breakfast and also has a Starbucks.

Parking was difficult when we returned at night. My husband had to drop me and the kids off while he drove around to find a parking spot.

The fact that you could ask for and get hand towels but not face towels at the same time. Then housekeeping never came around to provide those face towels. My husband had to go down to the front desk to ask for them to be brought up to our room. When that didn't happen my husband had to go down to the front desk for a second time and waited right then and there until they gave it to him. This makes you wonder why you're being charged a daily $10 Amenity Fee and what that's actually supposed to cover. Re: checking-in. Knowing that the parking lot out front was full and that we would have to use the underground one around the corner, it would have been helpful for the front-desk to have pointed out that there was an elevator from inside the parking garage that would connect into the hotel. While the signage exists, it is not visible from all parts of the garage.

The location and services were generally good

The room cleaning services and payment arrangement were disappointing. We found human hair with new towels and the replenishment of in-room consumables are inconsistent. The hotel held a deposit and charged us in the end were disorganised. They didn’t properly inform us of the arrangement and the return of deposit took forever

Good location, restaurants in area, there is an upgraded tower and an older one, we stayed in older one and it was good, clean, did not feel dated. Starbucks in lobby. Staff friendly and accommodating. Indoor Pool was working too,

Hotel caters to sports teams so it was a busy lobby with parents-and kids who were just hanging out when we checked in, very loud. We were able to get a room on another floor and it was very sound proof. No parking in front as it is a busy mall but private parking in the back, safe for your vehicle.
