It was a standard hotel; nothing more, nothing less. It fit our price and the stay was nice enough.

We left behind a laptop charger in the room. We attempted to message the property, however, we never received a response to our request. It would have been nice if they tried contacting their guests when things are left behind or,, at the very least, respond when a guest requests to receive left behind items.

Big scammers. Although I booked they nicest suite with breakfast king size for 2 adults and paid in advance; They tell you breakfast included and when you arrive at check in, they tell you it’s for one person only .

we actually stayed 3 nights! The staff were friendly, the beds were comfortable, the food was good and it’s close to the highway.

We got back around 10pm one night and the bar was closed, not good after a long day! We had steak for dinner which was good but the vegetables were really cold because the barman was too busy taking he didn’t hear the service bell plus he forgot my soup!!

Everything was old, and a bit dirty. stains in sheets, marks everywhere. etc. the location isn’t convenient. fire alarm woke me up and no one guided us while outside or to come back in.

Breakfast buffet was great Ladies in there absolutely wonderful. Attentive, friendly.

The tired look of the hotel! Expensive buffet breakfast with absolutely no protein of any kind. If you like scrambled eggs with only home fries, then that's for you!!

Lighting in the room was poor.

I liked the location, and the cleaness of the room.

I did not like that there was mold hidden in the room,the pool area is filthy including the pool and hot tub and floors. There were no towels we had to call front desk many many times. Please read my Google review. I will be reporting this to head office s I am a health care work. This place should be shut down. I have the pictures up on Google of the mold. I also didn't like that the room was not ready for my check in time. I will not be back

Server at breakfast was too busy with everything. She wasn’t very friendly. There was no one at the bar to serve an Americano. I waited half an hour and then kids were impatient. I had to order from Starbucks through Uber. No room service. I was told I wasn’t allowed to take breakfast up to my children that I had to dine-in. we should be able to have take out if we are required to especially if the kids need to sleep in.
