Break fair/satisfactory for 3 star hotel. staff very polite and friendly . room clean. location is very good for our need

one old fashion lift for whole of the 1st floor. operation of the lift need updating(you have keep permanently keep you finger pressing a bottom for it to operate, very old fusion). noted the account/admin department reserved more money from my credit card than it should . I had to write few emails to them to put this right. maybe part of confusion I cancelled some of the days of our stay few days prior to arrival (as agreed in my booking contract). bathrooms dated comparing this hotel with other near by3 stars hotel .

Overall very good! Friendly staff! Amazing breakfast, unfortunately they ran out of waffles when I arrived at 8:30 am for breakfast. They accepted the request for early room availability before 3 pm

I stay at this facility on and off when passing through Montreal, and I'm running out of positive adjectives on these regular Booking.com "Rating Requests". So, whoever reads this, just take my word for it.

The Property Management chose to have all the stairway hand-rails painted at the same time.....meaning that all of them had "caution - wet paint" labels, with the corresponding sticky rails. (They should have planned to paint them in stages, i.e. a few days apart, to allow the proper drying of the paint-job, before "attacking" the next stairway). It might have cost a bit more in labour, but wouldn't have annoyed as many customers! The Elevator is far too slow. (...or, as one ages, one has less patience....lol).

We love the breakfast provided by the hotel.

We have most foods we need for the breakfast. we can even pack some home if you wish. they provide bag for you to take away.

it’s very clean and very nice except the floor is carpet. I’m allergic to it so no choice but the car parking is very convenient,we can go from the back of the room directly to the parking.

Front desk staff was very unhelpful, our credit card was not working for some reason and she was not willing to find an alternative like taking cash as a deposit or us visa debit for deposit, i never had an issue with my card ever but at this hotel was an issue on point of sale, Front desk staff should be trained to take alternate options, i travel a lot , front desk staff is highly trained to solve problems but she was very adamant
