We liked that breakfast was included and it wasnt just coffee and pastries. We liked how spacious the rooms were. We liked that they provided plenty of towels. We liked that there is a shuttle free of charge. I booked in February through Booking.com for a stay in June and they couldnt find my reservation. They say it happens once in a while. The staff resolved it with no issues. We had connecting rooms which was wonderful! We had working a/c two queen double beds in each room. Shower and bathroom were clean and had a fridge and microwave. We had a desk and chair in each room as well and plenty of outlets.
Things close early at 9pm so luckily we got in on time that we were able to order dinner.

Ma réservation sur Booking.com n'a pas été transmis sur le logiciel de réservation de l'hotel.
Du coup, ça a pris énormément de temps pour trouver les informations et me donner mes chambres.

Location was useful for our purposes. Laundry was useful.
Large spotlight on exterior created light in the room at night even with curtains closed. Noise from outside. Rooms only serviced a couple of times. Entrance area uninspiring and had a strong chemical smell.

Malheureusement un personnel a la réception non accueiilant et même non souriant ni entraidant.le chauffeur de la navette qui me demande de l'argent alors que la navette est gratuite. La réceptionniste me demande de l argent supplémentaire pour les bagages alors qu il n est indiqué nul part qu on paie pour les bagages. En résumé c etait un séjour médiocre avec un bâtiment vétuste inadéquat avec le prix.
Je n ai rien apprécié et j espère un jour oublier mon séjour dans cet hôtel.

La proximité de l’aéroport et de la gare, le service de navette gratuit et fiable 24h, ainsi que le petit déjeuner sur place.
Un manque d’insonorisation et trop de lumière provenant de l’extérieur ont rendu le sommeil plus difficile.

Friendly staff
The room is very small with very old furniture. The renovation done there was (we stayed in "a new part of the hotel") very poor quality. Windows are bad and you will hear every plane taking off and landing. A part of the AC fell off the moment we touched it. The worst part for me was that you physically cannot close the curtains in your room - I was up all night wondering if it was already dawn or just the street lights.

Un peu bruyant car on entend les avions ce qui est normal mais bruyant aussi dans les corridors et les chambres car les gens vont et viennent à toute heure du jour…

the hotel was fairly clean and the staff was very kind and helpul
the room was old, urgently needing renovations. Also the room was facing a highway (very close to the road) which made it extremely noisy, impossible to get a good night of rest.

Had to wait almost an hour for airport shuttle to hotel. Room was tiny, dingy, and filthy. Bed was sloped. In an awful neighborhood for nearby amenities.
