Easy access and parking, quiet between rooms

Some continental breakfasts have 2 hot plates either sausages or bacon and the other eggs scrambled would to see that added.

Having requested a quiet room the allocation was as far as possible away from the lifts and hence pretty quiet, suggesting the request was honoured. The self-serve breakfast hours were 0600-1000 which helps if you wake early.
Very much mid-range hotel decor with too much brown and dull colours....

Love this place!!! It was close to so many restaurants, the place was clean and the staff were amazing and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The staff was really friendly
Our room was dirty.

The room was extremely well fitted out. The bathroom was exceptional. The laundrette was fantastic in the middle of a touring holiday.
We struggled to understand the lighting. The fitted hairdryer didn't work and it wasn't obvious there was a back up hanging on the door.

Beautiful surroundings, and clean hotel. Friendly staff.
AC was out in our room our entire stay. We asked for it to be fixed and were told it would be. It wasn't. It was quite humid and uncomfortable.

Very crowded pool and Jacuzzi area. Room was very stuffy and humid, we had to open the window for our stay. "Mountain" view was actually a construction site with a mountain to the left.

Pillows are huge and we asked for some thinner ones, but they do not have different sizes. We could not use them to sleep. Had to fold a towel to use as a pillow.

It was clean! I am pretty particular too! Beds were comfy. Room was big (2 queen and sofa bed). Pool was fun
I just wish there was hot food items like scrambled eggs and sausages... but as far as continental breakfasts go, it was def one of the best I had!

Some noisy guests. Sound carried from the hallways and through the ceiling.
Breakfast had limited options. No variation in breakfast items.
