Good location for where we needed to be in St Catherine. The bed was comfortable. Good for the price!

The room is nice. The carpet smelled not good. Sprayed some Fabreeze on it. Better if it was tile floor because of the smell.

No breakfast

It was freezing for the last few days in July. We had to close the bedroom door and hang my blow dryer on a chair and turn it on for 10 minutes to get some heat. We had turned off the a/c and talked to the front desk about getting some form of heat in the room but to no avail. It maybe a residence but it does resemble what I think the inside of a jail would look. A disgrace in my opinion.

Staff were friendly and helpful.

Dorm room- type issues with gross water damage, sticky walls, and small, hard beds.

The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating where they could be. Being a college campus there was quiet greenspace for walking and taking in fresh air. This is a relief during this covid period.

Although there are kitchens, there are no supplies to prepare food with. I booked last minute due to a family member's medical emergency and while i could easily buy groceries nearby, harder to scrape together what i needed to make myself simple meals. Perhaps the campus residences could keep some basic kitchen kits to sign out (kettle, cuttlery, dishes, mugs, dish soap & T- towel).

It was cleaner than expected in the room.

Wifi was only on the lobby and barely usable because everybody is sitting there and using it heavily. They have wired internet access so I do not know why don't they offer a wifi router as a service at least, they can just put in in the room, plug in and charge whatever fee they look reasonable.
