All staff was excellent on the phone, by email, and in person. The shuttle was on time and were friendly and were helpful with our luggage. They answer the phone immediately without any delay. All concerns were dealt with immediately. Example, we couldn't get our room any warmer and the staff had a solution immediately and within 5 minutes she brought us to our room a portable space heater that heated our room efficiently. The next morning we blew a fuse and they had our hydro back in 3 minutes. I just spent 9 days out of country and 3 extra nights near the airport. The best was the Best Western

Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man hat mir, was ich in Kanada selten erlebe, ohne Probleme und Diskussionen eine Rechnung auf meine Firma ausstellen können (das wird von Booking.com in der Regel falsch übermittelt). Die Dusche war sehr gut, nicht so ein Rinnsal wie in manch anderem Hotel. Und trotz der unmittelbaren Lage am Flughafen war kaum Fluglärm zu hören; ich habe hervorragend geschlafen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist insbesondere in der Lage herausragend. Der kostenlose Shuttleservice hat super funktioniert. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Die Lüftung im Bad war etwas verschmutzt, wenn man genau hingesehen hat; hat mich aber nicht gestört.

The room was comfortable and surprisingly quiet given its proximity to the airport. The shuttle service to the airport was fantastic.

No long term parking only had overnight parking for the night you were staying there. Unable to leave our car there once we checked out. This was not explained to us at booking nor when I called the day before. It was told to us at check in . We wouldn’t have stayed there had we known this because we had to scramble to find parking for while we were away. The elevator was loud and kept dinging all night. Also they were charging $3.50 for a bottle of Kirkland water in the vending machine.

The staff was very friendly. The shuttle service was excellent and the driver operators were very friendly and supportive. I liked the coffee machine right in the room.

The shower stall had a glass wall which was too short. There was no curtain and a lot of water splashed onto the floor. The handheld shower could not be attached and was very awkward. It did not fit into the holder on the wall.

I paid for breakfast and was told the restaurant didn't open because it was Xmas day. They didn't take the option off on the website and took my money. They asked me to seek refund from booking.com

The bedsheet and spread looked like they had just been slept in or hurriedly put together.

A quick overnight stay after flying in from Sydney Australia. Lovely big room. Good facilities. Excellent access to shuttle to airport, and from there to downtown. Inexpensive (compared to downtown) and close to the airport. Just what we wanted for a quick overnighter.

The front desk staff were exceptionally nice and understanding. The bed was perfect. Superbly comfortable and a great night's sleep. The TV was of surprisingly decent quality and everything was neat and tidy. Definitely exceeded expectations

Some of the kitchen staff were less friendly than the front desk staff. But I don't consider that an issue really. Just something to note.
