Clean good service good price

I love the location and the cleanest of the rooms

The air conditioner didn’t not work properly and our suite had a bad odour! Reception didn’t seam to care, an older women (I think she was management) said that you need to keep the temperature at 70 degrees Fahrenheit! If it goes below that temperature the unit freezes up 😩 The room was hot and smelly. I had decided to splurge and get suite. What a disappointment and a waste of money.. 😕

Breakfast not that great.

The tub was satisfactory compared to others.

Attitude of the staff. The frequent sightings of street walkers being snuck in through the side door. Lay out of the room. The smell of the room. The size of the room. Bed was something they must have picked up curbside. Most uncomfortable. Overall disgusted and will not be back. Ran the water for 45 minutes before it cleared up.

The breakfast was basic bagels, bread and hard boiled eggs.

The cleaning of the whole premises wasnt so nice

Very good room, nice breakfast, good service, we loved the bathtub and the swimming pool was ok.

The room TV has almost nothing free, just news, and not even let you mirror your phone or use your streamings. At least can include some movies for free. I found that annoying. The breakfast included is nice, but they should activate the service for the restaurant for dinners and lunch, paying additional costs. Its difficult to eat outside, not much restaurants nearby just fast food. The location is also a little bit isolated, not much activities around.

Easily accessible. Clean. Nice room and staff. Good full continental breakfast.

Location to our daughter's house was perfect

As it was my husband's birthday I did ask if the hotel "could do something nice" and they did not do anything. I asked at reception and eventually they offered a bottle of wine. Our room was not that clean and was, to be honest, in need of a little decoration. Breakfast was terrible. So many people in a cramped space and there wasn't any coffee, cups, plates, pastries and milk. We asked the only lady we could see working (Sherry) and she was exceptional and replaced all the missing items. I don't think we would stay here again.

Booked last minute. So was a decent deal on booking.com for 2 nights.

Check in was sort of chaotic. First they were unsure of my booking, then they gave me a room number/fob for a room people were already in. (Luckily I heard them in there and didn’t go in!) Pillows were lumpy and place needs some TLC in regards to decor. Tv remote was either low on batteries or didn’t work well, had to go up to tv to change channels. Breakfast ending at 10am is poor when some people stay more than one day.

we paid for a specific room and they gave us a handicap room. They were clearly lying to us about the availability as we checked in at 3:00 and no one was there but us and another couple. all their non arrived guests had papers ready on the counter for us which there were about 25 of them but they told us they had no more normal rooms. I’m not impressed having to shower in a handicap shower where I couldn’t even get under the shower head. The whole room is designed for people with wheelchairs. Well, we don’t have disabilities and shouldn’t have to end up in a room like that one. it was also not very clean and no counter space. just a bad stay.

The room we got this time had a really big walk in shower which is really great!!!

The room was clean, and comfortable, price was responsible.

I was not impressed with the fact that there were a bunch of children aloud to run the halls, and stairs screaming, and yelling.
