nice place. We had a room with jacuzzi. Was nice and clean. Too bad the hurricane was there and they had to close the kitchen, but room service worked nice.

The room was nice. The sauna and steam room were very good.

They made us pay for parking (an extra $12 a day). Windows in the room didn't open.

Really, nothing.

The parking was far. To get to front desk be ready to carry your luggage up approx 10 steps, the room was filthy, garbage had a floss pick in it, my wife stepped on a pill, windows filthy with mold in them! Not to mention we were 10 feet away from elevator door which was noisy. We slept if lucky, 2 hours all night.

I did not get what I asked for. Wifi was not good in the room, and the sink was clogging. The pool and hot tub need cleaning. Do not book through 3rd party or you risk getting the worst rooms available.

Jessica in the T-bone restaurant was probably the sweetest, nicest, coolest server I've ever dealt with. I'd go back just for her!
