Check in staff couldn’t find booking resignation. Even thought it was confirmed on the app. Took long time to check in. Annoying

It was convenient to lord of restaurants and to the highway

The bed was not comfortable

hot breakfast were different every day, nice variety. beds were comfortable, nice location for the Arctic winter games (across the street).

maybe explain at check in that we have to get our meals tickets everyday at front desk (nobody told us). add more fresh fruits for the breakfast.

Our room exceeded expectations and so did the staff. Everyone was so nice and very friendly. The free breakfast was amazing. The options were never ending and tasted fantastic.

Can’t think of anything - we loved our 2 days there.

The room was fantastic, the work space was efficient and had lots of east to access outlets. Clean and friendly.

Breakfast was good. Coffee was very good. Could have been a little hotter. Staff very good. Very clean eating area.

I was disappointed with the eggs, tasteless and coffee too but the staff were lovely. I think you need a better menu. The WAFFLES need strawberries or some kind of fruit and juice; too dry with just syrup.
