dead bugs on the window, pool was dirty, microwave in room was not plugged and no where to plug it phone did not work this place was terrible

Location. Room could've been cleaner. But, now that they had the audacity to change me a $250.00 fine for smoking in the room. They could fix the cracks in the outside walkways. Which I fell and hurt my knee on at a previous stay!!!

Staff. The woman at the desk is bi-polar and extremely unprofessional. Came banging on my room door threating to fine me for smoking in the room. Then scolded my family like children regarding one half of a cigarette being smoked. They need to offer SMOKING rooms!!!!

Nice room, clean comfortable bed, clean bathroom, great staff, breakfast buffet was good too

Sidewalks leading to entrance were raised and I fell on the raised poorly kept sidewalk. With the prices they charge they NEED TO KEEP THE GROUNDS SAFE.
