The staff #1 hands down were the best!! They treated my kids like family and were very helpful and friendly!!

The only downfall was the bathrooms inside the rooms need some maintenance.

Right on the Boardwalk at the beach. Great view from the balcony. Staff was charming. Mattress was Devine. I want one for home.

The bathroom was very small. The drains did not drain properly. The walls were dirty. There was no place to charge phones by the bed. It was overpriced because of the location.

Fast check-in/check-out, on site parking, the fastest elevators (it has three), comfortable beds and spacious room, friendly staff, and the ocean balcony view!

The TV size and outdated bathtub but that’s minor.

The room I booked was an ocean front, but when we got there the room was blocked by a big tent. We cannot see the ocean at all. I called the customer service and asked if we can be switched, and that I booked and paid for the ocean front rate. They said they are fully booked and they explained that it’s the marathon for next weekend event but the city put the tent earlier. I understood that, but I wish they would let me know as soon as they find out the city is putting up the tent and inform me with the situation. What happened to courtesy call or message??? They didn’t event changed my rate, and they said, they will take the complaint to the CITY! Also, few things to note: there are hair I found in the hand towels, swimming pool floors are slippery, and bed sheets are super thin.

Absolutely nothing.

There was a huge white tent blocking the view of the ocean from the first 4 floors. We had our room moved to the 6th floor and when we entered there was a trash bin catching water dripping from the ceiling. The top of the dresses had something stick spilt on it and there were ants everywhere. The toilet seat and lid was mot attached to the toilet. Our bathroom sink did not drain properly. We were woken up by construction noises outside of our balcony in the early morning. There was so much chlorine in the pool that bring in the pool area would start to burn your eyes. We came as a group for a cheer Competition and others had similar complaints. 1 had a broken tv and busted up patio. I will never be coming back to this ‘hotel’ or recommending it to anyone.
