The room is clean. Bed sheets clean. Breakfast was good. The one in charge in the kitchen was very nice. He did a good job in running the breakfast room.
I didn’t like the pillows. Its not soft and quite short in size. I had a hard time sleeping, cant find the right position , woke up with stiff neck in the morning. Just too bad coz we really needed that sleep. I also didnt like that there’s only one bedside table. So my husband got the table with the lampshade on his side and i got none so i have to put my phone, my glasses, etc on the floor.

The parking lot was tight. But not that big a deal.

Rooms are small, table and chair were to big for the room, always tripping over the chair

Staff were friendly
The hotel was old had a musty smell. We stayed in a room that had 2 double beds and bed sheets had stains on it. Room wasn’t clean enough. For the price tnat we paid was not worth it oh and the breakfast was disgusting that’s why there a McDonald’s so close. Not worth the money at all

I comfortable bed
I seen cockroaches and they don't vacuum under the bed it was nasty my pet was going under and pulling out all kinds of nasty things. I will never stay here again also ppl across the hall were up all hours of the night it's an echo in the hall so all u can hear is the heavy metal door slamming all night long

room was not as clean as usual; there were bugs in the bathroom; sliding door to outside was not working easily

we stayed during a snowstorm and the staff was exceptional. so obliging and friendly.

There were what appeared to be several drug addicts hanging around the entrance. It looked so awful my daughter was scared. We didn’t even go in. Drove next door to the new Best Western.

Liked check-in process and cleanliness of room
There was complimentary breakfast with booking. However In morning , no arrangement was there and top of that rude behavior of kitchen staff.
We were 3 families . First family visited at 7:30 , long queue for breakfast (waiting for an hour) , so they did not took breakfast and returned to room.
My family went at 9:15 , after waiting in queue for 30 mins , I only asked to kitchen guy if he can let us know tentative time to serve , so we can plan accordingly. He rudely replied "This is not a restaurant, all came at same time, I do not know, people are eating more" .
At least they should be humble.

We were really disappointed with the breakfast. The bacon, sausages and scrambled eggs were terrible. We suspected the eggs were left over from the previous day.

Bear in the parking lot so I could not walk my dog.

A bit expensive $220 for one night stay

I found the price was expensive for what you get.
No cleaning or any inspection of the room on a daily basis. For the cost I found this unusal.
