How convenient is to the Disney Parks and International drive .

The staff was not very helpful towels were dirty and wet the room was not cleaned well items were broken in the room under bed was still trash things were dirty and dishes too

Phylicia was great! She was so friendly and caring. Everyone who walked in said hello to her and goodbye as they left.. you can tell she really cares about people

The facility was not as shown in the photo. The property to the left side was also an extended stay, but was a much, much better facility. This hotel seemed like shelter for the homeless. The floors were filthy. There no ice machines. They advertise a free hot breakfast we were depending on, because we had to leave early morning. Grab and go ( a small muffin of a granola bar, not acceptable. I tried to check out, and no one was Available , so I had no choice but to put my key in a box to checkout. As. result, I will never stay at this chain of Hotels and I will warn my friends and family to avoid.

Price and the fact I been there for weeks and they put the price way up .

I never got to stay because you overbooked and I was left.high and dry with no accommodations.

The front desk staff is the only thing keeping this property decent.

The front property looked the part however or reservations were in the back building… broken down cars in the parking lot, garbage on the floors… elevator stopped working as you would expect since it’s last inspection / maintenance certificate expired in August 2022. The attendant said you can go up the elevator but can’t go down… the room smelled of mold and fungus, the air conditioner worked however the filter had black mold growing…. the carpet was stained with blood and dirt and everything sticky… couldn’t sleep on the card board box bed cause well it collapsed… and last but not least the TV that was glued to the dresser was… you guessed it busted.

we went there and the staff were very rude and they gave us a paper stating you should go to another property because we are sold out!!! tried to talk to them, they ignored us.

The cost was reasonable and the location was central to the convention center.

The room furnishings and appliances were worn. The floors were dirty: they looked as if they hadn't been washed in a long time. The shower didn't completely turn off and the water temperature was lukewarm. The public areas were worn and needed cleaning and a coat of paint. Upon arrival we were not told that the rooms were not supplied with kitchen items which would have been helpful.

They had me wait many hours to check in to tell me they are not able to let me stay there would not give me any info why not.

the rooms where not clean well and there where fleas in the room. Also the elevator didn’t work.

The place and room where very dirty. Many cockroaches in the room. Disgusting. Checked out immediately after seeing the room.
