Dirty, bed skirt was stained with brown stuff furniture looked old

The breakfast was nice. The bed was nice and firm. The spa and pool were a huge plus. The scenery was spot on.

The toilet was too close to the door and the bathroom was small.

quite a bit of trash on grounds lots of cigarette butts as there was no ashtray. No seating for smokers

walls with conjoining doors were a little thin and neighbors were loud but otherwise the property was great

Parking lot is small. Stairs in the back were iced over. There was a family that was staying in about 3 rooms nears us and they were extremely loud and constantly in the hallways. The breakfast was all gone by 8:30, no supplies for coffee. Room seemed like it was cleaned quickly and the tub drain was clogged so we had water to our ankles.

Nothing , it was the most horrible experience I ever had

When we got to the hotel to check in they said our reservations didn’t exist and we how asked how if we had already paid and they said we paid booking.com not them and kicked us out of the hotel in middle of a snowstorm with my kid and then we got into a car accident while in a snow storm. This was the most frustrating vacation I ever had in my life because of you guys
