Bed comfortable and bathroom clean. Good location and good price. Front desk staff pleasant and helpful.

There was a problem with the keys. Staff had to use a master to get in. I found the tlroom uncomfortablly warm although the heat was turned off and it wasn't warm outside. Room looked like it could use some work. Ie walls. Door dirty on inside.

Check-in was fast and easy, the room could be accessed right from the outside, which was convenient as we were travelling with a dog. The hotel staff kindly allowed us to leave our car in a vacant spot inside the court-yard for a few hours after our check-out while we spent some time exploring Canmore itself.

Just one sink in the unit (in the bathroom) was a bit inconvenient as while one person was using the bathroom, there was no access to water for the other person.

Cleaning needs more attention; rooms need an upgrade if prices stay so high. Pull out couch was very uncomfortable
