Upon entering the room I noticed black mold in the shower. There is dust on the countertops and tears in the wallpaper. Not to mention when we went to the pool, the lights were out in the bathroom and the sauna was not working. When we asked the lady at the front desk to turn on the sauna she went into the utility room and turned on a breaker. After I entered the sauna to flick the heater on and was immediately electrocuted. Not a small amount either, currently I have a doctor's apt to get my leg checked due to a tingling, sharp pain. I am in awe they only reimbursed us 1 night of our 3 we were there. I have been in touch with injury lawyers and have photos of the electrical in the pool area. Would not recommend due to maintenance concerns!

Remotes were confusing. breakfast was meh.

Breakfast was great, good variety of items. The breakfast room is small and temp was hot. The lady (staff) working the breakfast room was amazing. She was working hard and super friendly. When we checked into the hotel, Claus (front desk) was super. Hotel is older, rooms are outdated but it was really clean. We loved the hardwood floors in the room, so much more sanitary. Room was spotless. Liked the lotions etc. in the bathroom!

Beds need refreshing; new pillows, mattresses.

it was very noisy. got no sleep a ridiculously expensive stay for what it was. we were on the 4th floor and could hear the front door opening all night/ morning. the acoustics in this hotel is the worst I’ve seen and I travel for work staying in hotels regularly. terrible job of trying to make it look like they re did their carpet when they just went overtop existing carpet but kept the same old base from previous carpet. wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

The air conditioner/heating unit was sooooo loud. It sounded like we were in the middle of a howling gale. I had to unplug it so we could sleep. Thankfully the room stayed at a decent temperature
