There were stains on the couch, and bench Very very dated furniture. The a/c had one setting for the fan , very loud. Cigarette butt on the floor in hallway, couldn’t open window as someone was smoking right outside of it

My room was cozy comfortable and clean Continental breakfast was good Dining room bright

Just an observation of first impressions.... It would be more welcoming if for example some landscaping or fresh hanging flower pots were hanging at the entranceway and the outdoor grounds better maintained. The outdoor upkeep could help with the aesthetics of the motel. Old chairs and faded plastic plants and overgrown weedy grassy areas looked unappealing..

good breakfst

Free breakfast- for the price of the stay, the fact that breakfast was included, is a bonus. The selection is limited, i.e. no fruit except for a basket of apples that were kept in a fairly concealed shelf, only protein options were cold hard boiled eggs. However, as I said, considering the reasonable price for accommodations, we were lucky to have any breakfast at all. The rooms were clean and quiet.

We were looking for something right in town so the location was a bit further than we expected but overall good. We left before breakfast started.

We appreciate this is a newer owner and recognize that many things have been updated however the carpets could stand to be replaced.
