Had bagels, coffee, fruit and juice. Bread products were very good. Opted to eat at local breakfast place to get more food choices (husband doesn't eat red meat)
Room had an odor and seemed like it had't been cleaned in a while. Mattress was old with unsightly torn edges that weren't covered by the bedding. Don't know whether all the king rooms need updating. Stayed in a room at same property with comfortable, newer queen beds just the month before,

this property is trash. The first room smelled like cigarettes. Then she told me there’s no smoking on property. How would you know what peoples is doing in the room? when she gave me a second room 307 it look like someone broke into the door. The door was half way open it looked like somebody can put something in the door and see what you doing. management is very poor. Check your rooms and check your property before showing anyone trash like this! 😡😡

Location was good for us and breakfast was an added value
Carpeting in room was overly fragrant with cleaning products. Only one exterior door worked with key card. Had to walk around the building to get in thru front. Elevator panel needed serious cleaning.

Close to airport
It was advertised that there was a shuttle to airport, but upon check in we were told there wasn’t (despite the information in the room directory saying there was one as well)

Comfortable beds. Unlimited breakfast. Nice staff
The refrigerator in the room didn't work. It's located close to a parking area. One night, a car alarm was running for a few hours.

It’s convenient, has an indoor pool, has great breakfast and the coffee is good. And it’s quiet.

It was not too bad and offered a variety of items
There was no person to greet us at the front desk for about 15 to 20 minutes as there was a note on the desk that they were unavailable that seemed a little unprofessional

Towels were terrible. Several dirty. No bath mats. No kleenex

The rooms were stuffy. It smelled like stuffy rugs.

Took forever for the hot water to work. The hotel back door lock isn’t working(question of security). The halls smell pretty bad

The breakfast was great, includes hot food such as eggs, potatoes, and sausage.
We found a crack pipe in the hallway as we were walking with our children.

I liked the staff and the location. They had great parking. The area itself was quiet.
Hair was found on the bathroom floor, I could see it whenever I sat down on the toilet (was there when we checked in, still there when we left after 5 nights) it wasn’t from us because we have short hair. (Pixies)
Bedding, unsure how I felt 😕(fitted sheet inside out, spring-box cover wasn’t put on properly.)
Noisy, first night I couldn’t sleep cause of doors Constant slamming, not sure if it was guests or construction workers.
After the first night, there was less slamming but overall bad experience for the rest of my stay.
