I can’t remember any nice experience ..
Customer treatment very bad , management at reception arrogant and not supportive and simply they don’t care as according to them ( we are busy hotel and we have 2000 rooms we don’t hear a lot of complaints so simply you can understand form
The way this answer reflects ! , at first on arrival when we came no one to carry luggage or help and we are coming after a flight of 12 hours ! And a family , arrived at room nothing was done as my requests all ( feather pillows shower amenities and even we discovered later that water is not in room and we have to order daily !! This is a first ! Breakfast very poor very basic and no varieties bakery is low quality as I booked bb I was suspended that eggs even shodul be aside sperate bill and even cappuccino r Esspresso ! Staff at buffet not having curtesy at all eggs which are ready are cold ( I asked reception her answer simply that we in USA eat it cold if u do t eat it like that it’s your issue ! ?! and Muslims are not taken in consideration as no halal food at all ! Cleaning quality very bad if rooms and corridors too .i was requesting water as unusual and as daily ( we need to wait minimum 30 minutes to get ) and I was upset simply the reception hang up in my face ! I believe this is sure worth of all Marriot they only depend on the location of hotel but other areas all they missed and it’s worth ever hotel I have been at !

Very commercial hotel. Extremely Busy and informal. Room was nice size, but no amenities or warmth. Description sounds like a multiple restaurants at the hotel but there's only actually one.

The hotel is absolutely huge right on Times Square, so there were a lot of people everywhere. The elevator system was strange and not “fair” so you could end up waiting to get to your floor but especially a reception on the 8th floor a long time….you had to click your card to call the elevator and it would give you the info which elevator to take out of I think 10 elevators. To get to the reception on the 8th floor was difficult because many people needed to get there and by the time you moved towards the elevator you were meant to take, many other people would cut the line and jump in front of you and you were stuck outside of it. Had to click the card again and rush to a different elevator where someone else going to reception would cut you off… etc

Excellent location, nice food, restaurant staff lovely friendly and helpful.
Front desk staff unhelpful and dismissive, bordering on rude. Free trips rules confusing such that we didn’t get to use any and were disappointed.

Location, comfort of the room
Business center at Fedex office very poor internet, only accesible by conference network, but reluctancy from reception to give a password, sent off to sit in the lobby. Price of breakfast high for quality. Restaurant in the mornings overly crowded, feeling of a big food plaza, puts pressure on my perception of the Marriott brand.

Our room was very comfortable and we booked this hotel mainly for the location which was what we loved the most. However, the staff was what we loved the most! From checking in to catching a taxi everyone was super friendly and helpful!

Locatia foarte centrala, exact in Time Square foarte aproape de orice; orice plimbare ai fa e te poti intoarce foarte rqpid pentru odihna.
Un hotel foarte aglomerat ceea ce a facit ca dimineata la mic dejun sa se faca cozi dr asteorare, chiar am fost nevoiti sa nuneram in doua zile la kicul dejun din cauza timpului de asteotare mare; este un hitel ingrijit dar nu exceleqza la capitolul confort si luc.

There is not one bad thing to say about this hotel. The staff, security, room, lobby, restaurant... location is wow. Highly highly recommend 👌 100%

Nice clean room, but frayed carpet, not sound proof at all so never slept well. I actually recorded the adjoining room to show reception. They didn’t seem interested.
Evening meal was extremely poor, lovely waiter though. Surprisingly after the evening meal the breakfast was the best thing about our stay I would say.

Chambres au 41ème étage, très bien équipées et propres. Le lit est très confortable. On entend bien le bruit de Times Square mais cela fait partie de l'ambiance. L'accès par les ascenseurs extérieurs dans le lobby est spectaculaire.
Le petit déjeuner est beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c'est.
