Bathroom was super small. The coffee machine didnt work well. Double beds - beware if you are used to a king!

The location is great! 10mins walk from the Parliament Hill, perfect to see the night light show. The restaurant in the hotel is also a great bonus. I loved the blackout curtains.

The room could be connected to the other room through two sets of doors closed from both sides. It is great for families but because of that I could hear what was happening in the other room, especially with loud neighbours.

Great location

The indoor pool and gym were fantastic. Super fun with the kids. It was a fee minutes walk from parliament hill.

Overall everything was nice. But as a young family with 2 young kids, the bathroom was very small. Was hard to shower the kids and get the dressed.

central location amd very clean

we had originally booked from the tueaday for 1 night, however we decided to go a day earlier and booked an additional night when i arrived at reception i informed the receptionist that room was pre paid she then put a 100 dollar hold for any additional charges on my vredit card and also charged the room too , she realised her mistake and released the additional charge . I thrn had to go to receptionreception the following day to pay another 100 follar hold as it was two seperate bookings , my point is that when a hold is put on credit card it reduces yhe balance accordingly and doesnt come off until approx 5-10 business days , in my case by 450 dollars approx, luckily for myself my limit is sufficient but others may not be in such a position

Our waitress Sofia was exceptional. It was a pleasure to deal with her. Dinner special was very good. Overall a pleasant experience. Check in and out very efficient

I found the parking to be very confusing. Sectors could have been more clearly defined and directions to them could have been better [displayed..

Great location, friendly staff

Poor sound-proofing in the room, I could very clearly hear even normal-volume conversations in the next room. The ceiling was also heavily damaged in our room (I reported this to the staff).

the room is clear, location is convenient, the pool is great for all ages.

the entrance/exit of underground parking needs quite some attentions, could be a bit challenging for families with big vehicles.

Horrible mattresses in both rooms I booked. Very old ones. Had terrible sleep. Staff knew about the status but didn’t mention anything about it.
