no noise control had to be at work for 3 am party still going in in room next to me from midnight till I left for work people coming and going from room

I did not realize upon booking that I sent a request for a quiet room, my friends and I were very loud, we apologize for this. The receptionist did mention upon one of the times that I exited the building that it was quite loud, but they were understanding and we were able to quiet down. I was charged twice for the room, but the reception was quick in issuing me a refund for the second charge. There was no issues with getting the damage deposit back either. This is my first experience at a hotel and I will say it exceeded my expectations. Thank you to all of the staff, and I apologize once again for the noise.

If I had to nit-pick a bit, there was a bit of a water damage in the bathroom, discoloration under the flooring. It was not mold, and the entire premises was very clean.

Two big beds, nice TV, mini fridge, low price.

There was visible dirt on the doors around the doorknobs, especially on the bathroom door on the inside. Yuck.

Disappointed with the "Grab & Go Breakfast." Otherwise it was just fine and they made our midnight check in work very well which was much appreciated.

no heat in our room. driving there had been driving for about 11 hours around 4 or 5 they called wanting to know if we where on our way felt as we wre being rushed our free cancellation was over a few days before we wanted to stop for supper on the way near the hotel but didn;t just tired & rushed also our room was noisy
