Room was Nice and clean

the ambiance was so good.. the fresh air coming from the balcony that makes me always feel sleepy..😁..breathtaking nature, and sea view from the balcony.. close to restaurants, groceries and whale watching port.. small kitchen that everyone can use.. clean room, free parking.. We travel 12 hours by car from ontario but worthy! definitely comebck again.. Recommended! 🇨🇦🇵🇭❤️👍

Very well maintained. Loved the bathroom. Kitchen is available if you want to make a meal + Paid coffee machine.

A little hard to find for us, but it's really right next to the highway under the Cross on there hill overlooking Tadoussac. Language barrier as they only speak in French .

Be careful of the semi-basement room! My booking confirmation was suppose a room on the ground floor, but when I was late for the check in, they sent me an email said they only will give me a semi-basement room. At that night, my car was broke down and can not went there anymore. I'm lucky I didn't make the trip, because I have been travel around the world and stay in many hotels, but never thought that one day I'm going to experience a semi-basement room! PS, the money has been kept by the owner with no refund at all. I will never using booking.com and stay in this hotel again, because the money was charged by the hotel directly and the booking.com can do nothing to help. Expedia and other businesses could provide better service.

The bedroom was too small for a family, with our luggage no space to move. View to the parking. The shared kitchen only opened at limited hours and only one person at a time could enter, not practical at all in the morning to prepare the breakfast. No common area or table inside, only outside and it was raining. We have to pay for the coffee 2$ and only with coins, no possibility of change.

The room was well equipped for a travelling family - it had a toaster oven, microwave, utensils, plates and a fridge that were all in working order and very clean.

The sink in the bathroom was not functional, and as we didn't speak french well it was easier to take the drain apart and fix it than explain. We had to remove the drain, clean out what seemed like an entire beard from inside it and the trap, clean and re-assemble. Not what you want to do on vacation, super gross but we needed a working sink.

Twin beds, lots of room to move, clean.

The room was impeccable clean, there was a washer and dryer in the bathroom and I loved the whale theme for the bedroom.

I thought there would be muffins or small breakfast items available in the kitchenette, but my husband did not find any, and we had to pay 2$ for the coffee.

The view was good

Noise from the trucks descending and climbing from the ferry terminal.

It was super clean and the staff were very friendly.

Shuttle service to town. Other hotels had this, our didn't.
